The employees were not friendly and the park itself is not accommodating for larger people or people with disabilities. The lines were very long and it was very hot. They don’t have enough seating to take a break and again the employees were very rude. They rush you through and barely even smiled. I was very disappointed as this was our first time and we won’t be back. It’s not a very happy place and I suggest Disney parks because they actually care that you’re having a good time for the amount of money you spend to be there.
Great resort with plenty to enjoy for all ages. Plenty of variety of entertainment. Visually outstanding. Download the app to keep an eye on wait times for rides but also pick up a free map/brochure on entry for easy reference to find your way to the rides. Stay til the end for a visual water show that needs to be seen to be appreciated.
Convenient location. Friendly staff. Food Was delicious. Wood recommend
Had a blast. My 16yo daughter and myself found the parks easy to travel through. I'm so happy they did away with virtual lines. That was terrible last year. This was an end of July trip. I didn't find anything over crowded. We waited less than all the posted times.
Revenge of the Mummy was closed for renovations in July (!), but still a great park. They need to stop with the 'screen / movie' based rides though and get back to the more traditional rides. The park is starting to lose a bit of its appeal as it's just movie after movie. Some of the thrill is gone.
Amazing Amazing Atmosphere at both Parks....Great Employees also
Such a great place to visit. Regardless if you have a quick pass or not expect to wait in long lines.Remember- sunscreen, a towel, bottle water, stay hydrated. Get the refillable Coke (it's the best value you'll find!) They are all over the park can't miss 'em.Having an idea of what you want to see and ride and help map out your day(s) better. You don't want to rush all day, that's not fun.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff, average kiosk vendor knew where to go. Universal app was very useful. Could sort on ride, kind of ride, dining, bathrooms, etc. Harry Potter areas we awesome. Impressive attention to detail. Be aware that overweight riders (like me) may have difficulty getting on coasters due to the restraints. Hogwarts castle nightspot was short but worth seeing. Express tickets allowed us to ride a lot more than others. Expensive but a great time saver.
Perhaps this place is better when you don’t go in the summer, but my visit being in the summer, I couldn’t possibly have been satisfied with the volume of crowds. We had to wait up to 2 hours to get on a ride, which took 2 minutes tops. Yes, the rides are spectacular, but having spent 10 hours in the park we only managed to squeeze in 5 rides. And the price? Not worth it. I can think of far better ways to spend money
This is one of my very favorite theme parks. Islands of adventure is also a must. Restrooms are clean and stocked, restaurants are always fresh and delicious. Staff is always friendly. Especially when you are purchasing the tickets in the very beginning. Plenty of fans and misting Stations to keep you cool while you wait for the rides… This park always makes you feel like you’re part of the movies. It takes more than just one day to cover everything. Maybe give Disney a break and try Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for your next vacation destination.
