Great place to have a family outing! Everyone loves choosing their own combination. The conveyor belt of food items is fun to use.

Delicious food in a clean and customer friendly atmosphere. Very enjoyable experience!

The restaurant is very nice and clean. I think the restaurant is more about the experience than the food, granted the food was great. The price is a little high at 25 an adult and 18 for a child but it is all you can eat. The experience is more so about the robots, conveyer belt of food and cooking your own food! So cool! My son loves it!

We’ve been twice, and it’s delicious!!! Everything always tastes so fresh and yummy, no matter what time of day. The staff has been kind and helpful each time we’ve gone, and we think the little robot host is adorable!I’m in love with the decor, the mosaic tile and disco ball vibe is perfect! I like that it doesn’t feel like we’re sat on top of other customers, and everything is easy to navigate. It’s always very clean, and I appreciate the comfy seats.I did notice, the last time we went, that they’ve started using plastic wrap on top of EVERY dish on the conveyer belt… we understand that they are trying to preserve the freshness of the ingredients, but it’s an incredibly sickening amount of plastic waste, especially considering they serve their drinks in plastic cups as well… we won’t be coming back for that reason, but we wish them all the luck, and hope that they find a more eco friendly way to do business.

Our daughters thought the Robots were so cool! Honestly so did I. It’s all you can eat and was sooo good and a decent price for a tourist spot. The employees were also wonderful. Would recommend calling and making a reservation.

Fun place wheee you cook your own meal. Your choice of a variety of proteins all sitting on ice very fresh I sided with all fish baby octopus calamari bay scallops head on shrimp And more a conveyor sends vegetable and noodles around the restaurant and you grab your favorites and drop them in your soup There are 5 or 6 broth options from mild to spicy and a sauce bar for dipping or seasoning your soup It’s a bit of work thinking maybe you go out to eat so you don’t need to cook, Well this is fun cooking! Also want to mention the robot hostess and robot waitress that brings dessert

It's really sad that I got better service from an emotionless robot, than I did from the five human employees I interacted with at U and Me Hot Pot. I've been trying to come here for months, but every time I've tried the waits been greater than an hour. So today when I called, the gentleman with no phone skills answers and said theirs no wait but the restaurants filling up quickly. When I get there 15 minutes later, they had a 20 to 30 minute wait. The guy I met at the host stand was the same gentleman from the phone. When I got there, he had asked if I had a reservation. Why did he not offer this when he answered the phone 15 minutes ago and said the restaurant was filling up? I'm not upset about waiting, but that they pick and choose who gets a reservation. After waiting for 20 minutes, we get seated by the robot. As I mentioned above, the robot had better customer service than the employee. Olivia was our waitress and she was extremely rude. I had something floating in my water, which probably meant that the ice machine hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I had asked for another water, she immediately responded with an attitude as if replacing my water was a major inconvenience for her. Not only was the service atrocious, but the food was mediocre. I ordered the mushroom broth, and it tasted like water with mushrooms from a can. The vegetables and seafood weren't fresh at all. Orlando is fortunate to have multiple Hot Pot restaurants. U & Me was by far the worst hot pot I've ever eaten at. The ladles they use for their hot pot isn't insulated so it's extremely hot to touch and use. From the poor service to the mediocre food, I certainly won't be returning. If you're looking for good Hot Pot, please avoid U & Me and go to Juicy Pot or Nine Spices instead. Your tummy will thank you!

Yes, it is great to go just for the robots but really - go for the food! The broths are delicious and the additions are plentiful. First, seated by said robot, second go to the protein bar to select what you want in your soup/broth, third - go to the sauces bar to pick up that extra something. By the time you get back to your seat, your server has brought out your broth and it is bubbling away. The conveyor belt has everything you could possibly want to add and they are all sealed up nicely in plastic wrap. This is an AMAZING restaurant!

Super cool place, good options for food and a very fun experience! Loved being able to choose what you want and the ability to have as much or as little variety as you want! Food was great, drinks were great, and gotta say it’s a lovely plus to have a robot take you to your table! Will say you should get a reservation because otherwise I’m not sure when or if we would’ve gotten a spot, a very popular place as it was full on a Tuesday night

Hubby and I stopped in here after a day at Epcot. It was PACKED by the time we left with a very long wait. We must have gotten lucky because we only waited about ten minutes. The conveyor belt is always stocked with noodles, veggies, and other yummy foods. The meat and seafood is AYCE and they had plenty and it was very fresh. I chose the mushroom broth and hubby picked the original. It was delicious with our sauce and all the mix of foods and noodles. The robots are gimmicky but cute, we didn't get to use them but we did see some people get their food from them. All in all, great dinner.
