We ordered two slushies, a cherry and strawberry. While they got the flavor right the sizes that we ordered were incorrect. We courteous told the staff that we thought that the sizes were incorrect yet they told us that it was correct the way it was. It was not. Not a matter of life or death but please be more attentive to the orders and the concerns of the customers. Also, the flavors cherry and strawberry are not really good; if you decide to get a slushie from this location try other flavor to see if you have more luck.
Amazing ice cream! Clean and overall great place to bring the family. We had great experience, the customer service was outstanding. Shout out to Destin, he was awesome helping us all get the best treat!
Some of the best soft serve I’ve ever had! We loved the relatively cheap prices and the late hours. The employees were also perfectly fine despite the reviews (not incredibly enthusiastic, but certainly not rude). Again, this was really good ice cream, 100% would recommend!
10/10 would definitely come back, i recommend the pina colada twist with coconut shavings and gummy bears, the people who took my order are so nice and were super helpful with it being my first time, so many flavors to choose from and super good treats!
This place is so amazing , like there’s a variety of options and the best employees on the planet . no ice cream place is topping twistee treats they just won a loyal customer and I live in Pine hills I will proudly take that hour drive
I’ve had a good experience here before but tonight was awful. The girl at the drive thru speaker was extremely rude and very pushy, had no customer service and didn’t even give me time to look at the menu. No hello, no welcome, and no total. At the window the young man was a bit more welcoming but still, no hello, no thank you. Seems like the crew needs better customer service. The ice cream is good but the customer service will keep me away.
Awful, even for school age kids. The intercome wasn't working and there was no sign on it. It was pouring and I had my window open saying hello over and over with no response. After finally pulling up to the window I looked at the back of a messy ponytail for almost 4min before the girl opened the window. When she did I asked if the intercom was working she said no it was raining. I ordered two cones with flavored ice cream which is an extra charge. I had to repeat my order a few times. I was charged for what I ordered and still ended up getting plain vanilla. The one chocolate dip that we got was even messy with holes all over it. Twistee isn't normally this awful, but lord it was a 40 min wait.

To me, this is the best vanilla soft serve out there. I drove by one of these for almost 20 years before I actually tried it... and wow, I now enjoy a medium vanilla cup with no toppings every chance I get. Don't let the simple appearance fool you, it's great soft serve ice cream and shakes...
