This ice-cream parlor is the best in my experiences. Cleaner and nicer that all I have been. The staffs are friendly and willing to customize your orders. They always exhibit great attitude toward customers and their demands. Eventhough most are new. Somehow they act very professional. Finally, they show concern of customers' needs and appearance of their product. The manager somehow create a positive and committed team in a short time.
There was five employees and the twisty treat and only one of them could do their job his name was Nolan he was a great cashier and helped me order what I wanted but yet the other four couldn’t make my vanilla ice cream

Lots of ice cream for a great price. It depends who is working. But I’ve been helped by…I think his name was…Angel and he was super kind and they got my ice cream out to me quickly.In other instances the person taking the order isn’t too friendly and they take a long time. But love the ice cream.
Look at this hot fudge sundae, it’s literally a cup of vanilla with a drizzle of hot fudge. I would’ve told them to add more immediately if I would’ve paid attention before I got home. This is pathetic.
I literally will not go anywhere else for soft serve ice cream. It's the best I ever had! Next time I want to try their taco ice cream. I love how they have drive through some other locations don't. It's easier when I'm feeling lazy and just want an ice cream cone ?
Love Twistee Treat Sodo!! Their ice cream dishes are just as good as Dairy Queen! Only Twistee Treats Sodo is closer to my home so I like it better!!?
This twisty treat location is magnificent, in and out and you’re all good, today I was served by Nolan and his manager Eric, and they were the most delightful and happy people on this earth! I would recommend this twisty treat to anyone in the central Florida area!!
My partner and I got some icream and it was so good. The workers were also super nice and patient especially being the first time we order from here.They were also open till late which was amazing. They provide different toppings, icre cream cones and different flavors.My cone alone was big for one person serving so I would suggest to keep that in mind.
Apparently drive through at this place is priority. We walked up to the window instead of going through drive through tonight for the first time and waited at the window for ateast 10 minutes while even making eye contact with some of the girls working and no one acknowledged we were there. Three cars had already gotten their orders and finally someone came to the window and just said "what can I get for you". No apology for the wait or show of any kindness. My husbands twirl came out first which was the wrong ice cream flavor and the girl seemed bothered that she had to make it again. When me and my son got our milkshakes the ice cream was so melted and watery that i couldn't enjoy it. I had to drive home to put it in the freezer for a little to finally be able to drink it bc it was just like drinking juice before. The last couple of times we went before this one havent been great either. Not sure what happened in the last few months but it seems like the workers just dont care.
