After a hot, terrible day at Universal, this place was a requirement. Found them on google, having never heard of them before. SO GLAD I DID!!Both employees were super nice and helpful, and I couldn’t believe their prices. I have found everything else in Orlando super overpriced, but this place was very reasonably priced! The milkshakes were also delicious!!!
Soft serve was delicious and didn’t melt everywhere. Long line but it goes fast. Employees were very friendly.
came here several times on our trip to orlando as this was right next to our hotel, the prices were great and the ice creams were absolutely huge! super creamy and have every topping or sauce you could think of. Perfect for if your walking around I Drive as this totallly will cool you down. Wish i could go back here, the best vanilla ice cream!
I ordered a large chocolate swirl with chocolate Reesie cups in it. The person that made the order put gummy worms in it when I never ordered that. I am allergic to that type of candy. I didn’t notice it until I was losing my breath as I was driving I had to pull over and take my EpiPen and put it on my thigh so I can breathe again! Please employees of Twistee Treat PLEASE be SAFE And listen to your customers order because like you did to me you put the wrong thing inside that could’ve cost my life. Thank God I’m OK You don’t want to make any type of mistakes like that! I have no hard feelings I love Twistee Treat but again please be safe!!!!????
I absolutely love this place . They are not afraid to give you ice cream or the candy comes with it and for a great price to . I prefer this over DQ anyday .
I’m sending this email because I was DISRESPECTED by employees AND so called management at your establishment today 5/24 at 8:14 pm, 8:15 pm and 8:17 pm. I called at 8:14 a woman answered the phone I asked her how your establishment handles food allergies. She huffed and sighed “ugh” and hung up. I called the second time and someone answered the phone I explained what just happened and the employee said “hold on” and hung up on me again. Finally I called at 8:17 and asked to speak to a manager, the person who answered this time claimed they are the manager.I explained the situation to her and she immediately without apologizing told me that the line was out the door and they just couldn’t to the phone. I corrected her and told her that they DID answer the phone but they hung up on someone trying to become a customer at their place of business.She then repeated to me with an exasperated tone that the staff was busy and there was a long line.The blatant disregard that your employees have for potential patrons is alarming. It is especially alarming that allergies seem to aggravate them as well. Needless to say I will not be doing business here.
We gave not been to this twistee treat befire it was very busy. When I got to order I realised why, there was just one guy in there. He was working really hard taking orders then getting the ice cream. He was very efficient and very pleasant. The ice cream was really nice as it always is. This guy needs a raise for all his hard work.
Twisters weren't available at 9:50pm tonight and they closed at 10pm even though they have it posted on their front window they close at 10:30. At 9:58 the lights turned off and the employees were ready to leave. On my first visit here the hours and menu items were wrong and unavailable so why should I come back?My regular size soft serve seemed very small for the price compared to other Twistee Treats I've been to too.Reply to owner: I understand - I just can't trust that it won't happen again, plus I'm not the first to comment about the twister machine being down (or whatever is going on) in reviews. The Twistee Treat on Apopka Vineland is a more reliable alternative for anyone reading this.
Pretty good! Way to exspensive though. Also need to get more staff its about a 45min wait.
Best ice cream, hands down. Creamy, not too sweet, and delicious. Go here, forget the rest.Edit: came back after a few days to take a picture and eat some more.
