Staff is not overly friendly but the food and beer were really good. The exception was the new girl who was training. She seemed to be the only one in the whole place that was smiling.
Waitresses were absolutely friendly, courteous and did their best. Bartenders were all over drink orders and did great. Where things come off the rocker is with management. On Father's day, and at peak early dinner time, you have limited staff in the kitchen? Not a great idea. Saw many walk out without receiving food. When ours arrived, half of it was wrong. I don't blame the cooks or the staff, this is management issue.
We celebrated my husband surprise birthday dinner at Twin Peaks. I got in contact with Sandy and she helped me set up the surprise! We had over 20 people so we definitely needed a table reserved. She was awesome! Picked a great table for us! The staff was great! Everything was smooth considering we had so many people. The experience was amazing! Thank you guys!!
As a group of 10 we were always going to be a busy table for our server. Dailey was superb tonight. She served a busy group with grace, humour and poise throughout.Despite one of our group having to wait over 30 minutes longer then the table for their meal she dealt with it politely. She was also able to offer us some drinks to compensate which made our evening.She was a credit to the restaurant and the management should be rightfully appreciative of her dedication. We look forward to being back

We had the worst service and everything we ordered was totally wrong.We had a table of 15, waitress was new and should’ve never been allowed to wait on this big of a group. Food was cold, nachos hardly had any toppings, missing food, I could go on and on. We will never be back. Could have had better food at McDonalds and that’s sad
Visiting another twin peaks, love this place every where they got one. Bread and smoked wings are delicious. We got to come back soon

Had lunch there Wednesday. Loved the BLT with fried egg. Bridget was my server and did a great job. Another server had told me they were short staffed but Bridget made sure everything went smooth. She was bussing tables, running food, taking orders and checking tables to make sure everything was OK. Great job, appreciate the great effort and excellent customer experience. Thanks, looking forward to returning.
