Every time I TRY to give Tropical Smoothie a chance. It always disappoints me. I order a quesadilla and a smoothie combo. The quesadilla was disgusting and the smoothie was blend right. Then they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Tropical smoothie is going down the drain day by day. “I predict that, that location on kirkman rd will be close down soon”. Food is to high to be spending money on nasty food.
The girl at the register had a bad attitude and tried to tell me that they couldn't make something when she just didn't know how to ring it up. And then handed my bowl to me so everything slid down to one side in the bag.
I’ve come here a few times, and my most recent trip while ordering, I asked the cashier if there was a program that you accrue points for free smoothies. Maria Ella looked at me confused so I told her, “I guess you don’t o order points on purchases” come to find out while looking online there is a tropical smoothie app where you can accrual points to get free smoothies. I guess Maryann Aa did not listen to me or what is not familiar with the company she works for. Either way, disappointed in her service to say the least. However, I have a new employee, Sarah. Sarah is AMAZING! I watched her working in the back multitasking making everyone’s food and drink orange, she had a rather not you her hard at work that we’re blowing you away! You can definitely tell she is an experienced employee and great at her job and takes pride in it. All employees should work as hard as Sara does! When she brought out my drinks always smiling. Hopefully she will stay at this location and raise the bar of the restaurant quality and customer service.
Me and my wife went here at 3:00 p.m. and Order Island Green Smoothie and Cajun Shrimp Wrap. My wife was very upset with the smoothie and the Wrap was burnt lettuce was bad and She order extra shrimp and it was only two in there. The smoothie was made right it wasn't blend right it still had chunks and crumbs in it.Called the Store 3 times. I work 30 mins away. I couldn't turn around. You All need to retrain your employee. With amount of money I spent. It need to be right at all times.
I love the cajun shrimp wrap but every time i go there in the after its never made right. The afternoon shift need to be train again how to make wraps, it was not just made wrong but burn also.
BEWARE OF RUDE TEAM LEAD MARISOL AT KIRKMANThis was the worst experience ever had at a Tropical Smoothie. Marisol and another Blonde haired large woman were absolutely rude and disgusting to deal with. The problem with today's interaction was that Marisol who seemingly must be a team lead or in charge which is very unfortunate for Tropical Smoothie decided that she would make my Smoothie how she wanted and not how I ordered it, if there was an issue with how I placed the order as the lead who was present at the time I ordered because she also was sure to tell me that I'd be waiting 25min for the 2 Smoothies because they were short on staff and someone didn't show up for work. Instead of sharing today's schedule with me should have shared that there was an issue with how I wanted the smoothies made which were 2 Tropi-colada Smoothies with No Water Extra Coconut and Banana. After receiving the smoothies they were absolutely disgusting and had no distinctive taste at all. I walked back inside and first asked the young lady who took the order for the smoothies to be made over because they had no taste. She (Marisol) immediately interjected and said we put water in them because of new policies. I then responded with I've been getting these smoothies made the same way forever at this location with no water. She then made the comment that "I've had the same problem with you before." Which is a lie as this was my first interaction with this young lady (Marisol) and not a pleasant one at that. Not sure if she was insinuating all black women look alike and may be problematic but it didn't go over wel with me. I stated it's fine if the smoothies can't be made how I've been getting them made please issue me a refund. She then continued making rude remarks even after I asked her to stop addressing me and just issue the proper refund Marisol. What a great example youre setting for the rest of the employees. The other robust blonde haired woman came from the back and began to address me quite aggressively also about my order so I responded with please don't address me I'm not speaking to you. I also stated that her attitude was disgusting as she had just had a rude interaction with a young man before me. She then asked me what was my name and kept talking. Not once was this employee asked not to go back and forth or was her unprofessionalism addressed. She even came out of the kitchen and walked on the customer side of the restaurant still making comments. She wasn't corrected because Marisol was too busy doing the same thing.another customer even made the comment of just give her ther refund. It was the most rude and unprofessional experience I've ever encountered.
I must admit this location may be busy sometimes, but I’d definitely go back. My smoothie was perfect usually it’s watery but whoever the new smoothie maker needs employee of the month. I’m sure it’s the long hair blonde young lady. The staff is kind I definitely feel appreciated when I’m there.
I eat from here often and sadly I’m not sure why I do because I am continually displeased over and over again they either leave out the sides when my order is placed through the app or something is wrong. TODAY was my last straw. While eating my wrap there was parchment paper left on my wrap. Didn’t realize it until the middle when I almost choked. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
I have waited 40 minutes for 2 hummus wraps. There were 3 people working unfortunately there’s been a problem with organization. The place have priority for mobile orders. I don’t recommend coming here to eat. Please safe you self the wait time and go to another place or a different location. After waiting that long my order came out completely wrong.
