New location on OBT at the old Taste of Jamaica is great - new interior - and food is excellent and delicious! All the best with the new move ! I’ll be definitely be a continued customer!
They recently took over Taste of Jamaica and what they did with the new look is absolutely amazing. It's now an upscale venue. The cashiers were friendly and welcoming and the oxtail was nice and tender, everything I ate was fresh and well seasoned. I hope they continue to keep the exact same formula and I'm excited about the future brunch and Friday drink specials coming in the near future. I'll keep going back for more.
By far the best tasting Jamaican food I have had since moving to Orlando . I had the large oxtail rice and peas and cabbage with a side of homemade Mac and cheese it was del-i-cious . Customer service was A1. The ambiance at the new location is upscale and indeed “ top class”. This will definitely be my go to restaurant and I will be recommending to all my friends and family and Everybody I come In contact with
01/23/22.. I had the best Goat Curry, rice and peas, cabbage of my life. My friend and I shared a medium plate and we were in awe. We tried their beef patties together and those were amazing. We left with a beef patty and red velvet cake to go. I would recommend this spot to anyone in Orlando or visiting. I am going back tomorrow for more!!
The curry goat was rancid, Tasted terrible and these people are incredibly cheap. They want to give you the smallest portion you’ll accept for the price. The patties are the only thing worth your time, and that’s only if they’re fresh. Do yourself a favor and just go to Negril on Powers, its only like 8 minutes away from this horrible place
We ended up here bc the one we were looking for closed. We ate here however would recommend the meat be cut up to a more presentable size. The oxtails were hunky and huge
The food is spectacular. This restaurant has left the best impression with their amazing, mouthwatering dishes. BEST OF THE BEST!!! Curry chicken, brown stew chicken and etc is amazing. Their prices are 100% worth it and their service is wonderful. I recommend everyone to go and taste their food that could melt hearts.
Oh gosh the oxtail n rice n peas no sah it taste just like my moms cooking, the best Jamaican tasting food in Orlando hands down....mi love d patties to mi dnt miss tastee lol..
Thank you Top Class Jamaican Restaurant for the hot delicious food you catered for our church event on Sunday (10/31/21). You provided more than enough food, it was hot, it was packaged great, and it was perfectly seasoned…. I highly recommend trying them.
We ordered catering for a party of 14. Food was packaged nice and securely for the trip back to the venue. The food was more than ample even with small pans. The FLAVOR of the FOOD was the same for EVERYBODY ~ absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!The one drawback was the amount of fat in the oxtails. I mention this in the hopes that the owners might strongly consider changing their vendor because the fact is the awesomeness of the flavor is totally disturbed by the lack of actual "meat' in the oxtails. For those who love fat and there are MANY who do ~ it's gotta be complete Heaven due the juiciness and tastiness.Overall the customer service was top knotch from A to Z. The follow up was also on point as I had several questions that were promptly answered.Thank you Top Rated Jamaican Restaurant. I'll be seeing you again ... and again and again if the oxtails are improved. ?
