I had to call Tijuana Flats in Hunters Creek twice because Door Dash can not do their job delivering my food on time. Brian from Tijuana Flats was very helpful and attentive. Brian i give you an air HIGH 5! Door Dash on the other hand gets a big NEGATIVE 5 stars! It took 2 1/2 hours to get the food I ordered to my sister who could not drive due to surgery. We absolutely love Tijuana Flats. We really appreciate all the employees they're always very friendly and attentive. The food it's fresh, delicious and it's a fun environment. ❤??? My favorite are the flautas with wheat tortilla and mix of steak anf chicken.

Floors nasty, grease all over as if you’re going to slip and fall. So walk slow please.They advertise to get drunk instead of eating right? Nice. There is no legit menu.Don’t forget they’re kind of pushy and expect for you to know what you want. When you obviously need to look at your phone for the menu. “Girl in the picture rather talk to her friends than to complete your order”.On the app you have to go through the process of a real order to even see what’s on the order. The Tijuana at UCF is better. More up to beat workers.And there is no menu except for what’s on the wall which is beer.
The Hunter Creek store is the best location on the south end of Orlando. The locations near the attractions have slid since Covid with much smaller portions, long waits and no drink refills. This location seems to have regular size portions. I miss having the managers visiting asking if everything is ok and offering refills.
I've been to several Tijuana flats locations and this is the only one that doesn't do queso appetizer refills..... Very disappointed
I love T-flats, but this location could be improved. The service is pretty slow. I waited 45minutes for my food. By the time I ate my spouse was already finished with his meal. I typically skip this location and go to the Sand Lake or Millenia one.
Ok. This place is pretty solid. The hot sauces are not what you'd think they'd be. But they don't suck though. Def more sweet BBQ 'ee type of condiments. But goes well with chips. Pretty fast and hits the spot.
Fabulous food and service!! Pleasant interaction with the managers. Prices are ridiculously low!!
