Order was correct and ready when promised. Food was tasty and fresh. Nice verity of options. Didn’t interact with the staff so unsure how the customer service is. If you are looking for some quick Mexican food you won’t be disappointed. Guess this is a local chain. Most I’ve seen get pretty good reviews.
There wasn’t even chicken on three out of these four small quesadilla slices. This is a $13 meal - even if there was chicken on here this is still pathetic. I’ve given Tijuana Flats numerous chances but every time somehow this location disappoints even worse. I love writing good reviews about places but this place needs to go. The burrito I got here last time was served with a stale tortilla and it wasn’t even grilled it was just slapped together. Horrible. I can spend $8 at Chipotle or $10 across the street at Moe’s and get way more food with way better ingredients. It’s astonishing to me how these places are open still. Would love to know how to go about getting a refund for this order. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to deal with it in the store. Your front of house staff is pretty nice though I will say - they didn’t do anything wrong and didn’t know I was being served a bean quesadilla. These prices are insane for how horrible the food is. Let me know how to go about getting a refund. Also, that was the portion of chips I was served this pic was taken before I started eating.
Tijuana Flats tacos are very mid.The vibe in the restaurant is very good and the hot sauces variety is very cool but if you are craving for some real deal tacos- this isn’t the place.
We were staying nearby and decided tacos sounded good. The burritos, chimichangas and tacos are just different enough to make them memorable. They have a variety of sauces to add to your order that will fit any taste. We've been to other locations and always try to stop at one when we're in Florida.
Visited around noon on 16 Jan 22. Didn't have any paper menus. Only QR code available. If you dont have a smart phone, you will not have access to a menu. No soap or paper towels available in mens room. No napkins on the table. Only two waitress to handle orders, dont expect any check backs. Food was good.
Received an order through DoorDash with items missing so there is no way to get a re-order.I called the store to talk to a manager and it rang through for 10 minutes and then it auto-hangs up on you. This is unacceptable.
Came on Taco Tuesday with my kids and we got beef and chicken tacos. They were amazing! Tacos were big and 2 filled each of us up. My son wants to come every week for ? now lol The staff was friendly and even came an gave the kids candy when they came to ask how things were going.
The food was great! The wait was not long at all and the staff was friendly, very professional.
1)The flautas come with chips, sour cream, queso, and guac. I asked if I could replace the guac with an extra queso and was told no, so I had to pay for an extra small queso. 2)My blackened chicken flautas were overcooked and my chips were not warm. 3)Staff was busy but friendly enough.
My son (9) asked if they had his favorite hot sauce, Texas Pete Sabor, in a bottle. They did not. The manager came to ask us if we were local and when we said we were from Brevard and they don't even have this at our hot sauce bars anymore, he offered my some in a container. He was so happy, bc we can't find this hot sauce anywhere. The rest of the staff were all very kind and attentive as well. This is now our favorite location.
