It's been nearly 10 years since I've eaten Tijuana Flats due to a not so awesome experience at another location. My 15yr old talked about how much she loved it and missed the food. I begrudgingly took her there after an early afternoon appointment and was gobsmacked at the different vibe at this location versus what i was expecting. Extremely clean dining area, attentive staff and fantastic food and service. I regret not trying another location sooner, but especially this one in Lake Nona.Straight up, thank you to everyone working there today from the awesone cashier to the wonderful kitchen staff that suggested I try something newer on the menu as they eat it on a regular basis and I loved it. I left with a full stomach and wide smile.Thanks!
Forgot the salsa which I had to ask for and the chips. Didn't realize till after I left to ask about the chips that are supposed to come with the meal because I was already asking about the salsa. No matter what location I go to they forget the "dressing" for the salad every single time. So the small queso i paid extra for and small hot sauces i have are useless now. What ever system tiujana flats changed to is broken this never ever used to happen, ever.
I would rate this place a zero if I could. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but what occurred on my last visit was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I was given a batch of Tortila Chips and at first, everything was fine until I looked down. Staring at me in the face was a DEAD ROACH!!! Absolutely disgusting, I can't believe such an awful experience would occur here.
Absolutely remarkable customer service. The food is very tasty and full of flavor. I love the heat scale hot sauce station. The sauces are so good with the chimichanga and burrito.

Great place, especially is you like your choice of sauces, they have like 30 to choose from. I go on Tuesdays when they have a 'dos tacos' deal 2 tacos chips and a drink for like 8 bucks including tax. Highly recommend if you like tacos.
I ordered for 30 ppl. I did a taco bar for my birthday party and food was amazing and a hit. I'm so glad I went this route instead of cooking myself and I will definitely recommend an use them for any future get together. Plenty of food and leftovers and everyone ate 2 or 3 times. The setup an presentation of the food was perfect. Price was ordering from location was a lot cheaper than ordering through catering. Just get the taco kits. Trust me it's worth it!
Food was ready before the expected time. However, wings were raw and the blackened chicken of the chimichanga was very dry...nothing like before. Churro bites did their part but not enough to go over 3 stars. Maybe next time would be better, if there is.
I get lunch or dinner with my wife every Tuesday and Thursday, their service is amazing and the food really good
Every single worker had a mask on, with their noses hanging out! The one guy had a big nasty beard, and no beard net. He kept pulling his mask all the way down, back up, answering the phone, touching his face, then touching food, chips, you name it. One guy came from the back, got a soda, and carried it back into the food prep area, no lid or straw. Not one washed their hands! Are we not in a pandemic? Won’t be going back. Also, what is this with all the credit card machines asking for a tip? I’m not adverse to tipping,I dont like to give a tip till the end. I could clearly tell the cashier was scanning the screen after we paid for our Togo order. I feel she was looking to see if we tipped or not. Don’t know for sure
