On the evening of June 21, 2022, I had an awful experience with satisfactory customer service. The wait time to receive 2 tacos, chips and drink (the Taco Tuesday meal special) along with some queso was almost 30 minutes. There were 2 parties that came in significantly after me, placed their orders and received their orders before me. This is my second uneventful experience with slow customer service at this location. I will NOT visit and patronize from this location ever again. I spoke to the manager on duty and he added insult to injury as if the long wait time for my food was insignificant. He also acted like he was doing me a favor by handing me a stale $2.00 bag of chips and stating loudly there is usually a charge for these chips when I did ask for the price of the chips. How insulting and very unprofessional! This is not the proper code of ethics nor etiquette when it comes to professional customer service. As the Ford Motor Company once said "Customer service is Job #1"
Great Lunch! But extraordinarily LOOONG wait times during the lunch hour! We could see only TWO people staffed to service the lunch crowd and while they're very nice, it's definitely not enough. We ordered our lunch online 20 minutes before arriving and then waited an additional 25 minutes after getting there. Lots of other people were standing around waiting as well.We've visited another location recently when we got our food right away so it's definitely a management and staffing issue they need to address. Won't be going back there again at lunch time for sure.
We love coming to this location because it's never overly crowded and we love sitting on the patio while we enjoy our tacos. The food is also always good and comes out pretty quick.✌?❤️ #realtorrau
We all know Tijuana Flats is tasty, but the Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl at this particular location on a Saturday slapped. Haven’t had this high quality of flavor food in some fancy restaurants so whoever’s cooking, kudos to you! Will be back… and may have a slight addiction.

One of the best quick food locations I’ve ever been to. We came in with a screaming hangry child and they were so patient and kind to us. One employee on her lunch break went out of her way to offer to replace my spoon that fell on the floor. She completely went above and beyond and that level of kindness and attention to detail, when most would just act like they didn’t see what I was doing, is rare and should be rewarded. The other employee walking around the dining area was making sure we had refills and taking trash as needed, she was so nice and helpful. This was our first trip to Tijuana flats ever, we will be back and hopefully it’ll be to this one. Exceptional service and the food was great too!
I had the shrimp bowl & it was full of shrimp. Very tasty. Team were very friendly & knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back.
Haven’t been in about a year but was very disappointed, burrito’s we’re good but overpriced and had hardly any meat or beans, mainly just rice and lettuce. Plus they no longer give you a little side of salsa with the burrito and chips, I had to pay for it separately like it was queso or guacamole and when I mentioned to staff they said it never came with it. I will not return!!!
Convenient location in a small plaza right beside Sus Hi Eat Station, T-mobile and a couple of other shops in the Millenia area. I like the little deck/outside area you can seat at. They have umbrellas to cover too. Indoor atmosphere is fun and colorful. Staff is friendly and quick to hand orders. Clean environment. We like their quesadillas and tacos.
