This is one of our favorite T Flats locations mainly because of the patio seating. We've never really had any major issues with the food here and the service is usually just as good as the other locations.✌?❤️ #realtorrau
Customer service was good, the food just didn't taste like the other Tijuana flats. The ground beef had no taste, like their was no taco seasoning on it.
Good food. Clean, fair prices, friendly staff. looks like it is really slow due to limited staffing and they get overwhelmed so only go if you are patient. Once they get staffed up- it’s a four star place. 2/22 - maybe it’s not the staffing or maybe they are not staffed up. 35 minute wait for lunch. Chaos behind the counter.
We were just out looking for somewhere to eat and luckily stumbled across this hidden gem. You order at the counter, pay then go sit and they will bring your meal. The have a multitude of sauces bar with different degrees of heat. The food was great and the outdoor seating was pleasant.
A friend went to pick up our food, he found his but didn't find mine, had problems when he asked them so I went in to get it and had problems finding it as well. But what bothered me was the attitude the kids had behind the counter. The little girl and one of the boys. Maybe that's her boyfriend I don't know but it was like they were trying to get me to give it up while I'm telling them I made my order showing my phone to them and telling them it's payed for and everything. It was like dealing with some kids that didn't care and didn't wanna even help. I'm still mad thinking about it
Ordered 175$ worth of food for my team at my job for the Super Bowl. When my employee arrived to pick the order up they could not locate it. How you lose a 175$ order is beyond me. Then once found, they did not even offer to help carry out the 6 1-gallon drinks and 5 bags of food. Instead sat and watched as my employee walked back and forth 4 times to load it all by her self. Completely unacceptable. Let it also be known that I came in the night prior to place this order and was told "Call back in the morning and place it." (No Future orders??????) Assuming that came from the manager on duty. Ended up placing it online out of convenience since I know the odds of getting ahold of someone this day and age is quite troublesome most times.I work in the fast food industry and every time someone orders that much food for carry out, one, the food is ready and with in easy access and two, help is always offered regardless of tip or no tip. I called my employee to ensure a tip was left on the credit card receipt but after hearing of this I quickly changed my mind. To spend this amount of money and they just watch in idle as my employee does all the work.Other than this the food was good and my employee's were happy and full after eating but they definitely need to work on their service.
Every single time I've ordered takeout from there they have added meat to my non-meat order. This is a big problem because I am a vegetarian and cannot eat meat or else it will cause me a lot of stomach pain. I love their queso but their costermer service is not good. I understand that they might be in a hurry but that is not an excuse. What would happen if they put meat in the order of someone who is allergic?
I had there new shrimp bowl. It was vary good the only the shrimp was a little over cooked.
Never ordering from this spot anymore, very unprofessional burrito wasnt made right under cooked and lack of nachos.
My husband and I went in this afternoon for lunch. The soup was Awesome and my husband loved his burrito. We had excellent service. The staff were amazing! We just had to buy some of their incredible hot sauces on our way out. Thanks Guys! We will definitely be back with our kids.
