I was highly surprised to have the most amazing pasta at The Pub! The Chicken Gouda pasta was absolutely something to write home about! It seemed my co workers were also very pleased with their meals as well. The only downfall of the evening was it seemed our waiter really didn’t want to be there. During this time it can be understandable since these servers are doing their absolute best however he never came back to check on us and when asked for refills it seemed as if he was inconvenienced.
Never heard of this place before but decided to give it a shot. It was pretty good. I got the buffalo chicken sliders and we got a spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer. They both were excellent. If I'm ever in the area and in the mood for this type of food again, I would definitely stop by again.
The fish and chips are excellent. Chips are particularly good. Service from Jenna was fabulous. Very authentic pub and atmosphere. Worth trying for sure.
The server was fun, nice and I had a good time, but here is my critical review.I got very very sick after eating here. I'm not sure if it was the Fish and Chips, Fried Pickles, or the Guinness, but those things are what I ordered and ate.The Guinness smelled like bleach a little so I only drank a little bit of it.Not sure what got me sick, but it was not a fun experience after. Unfortunate as the server was friendly and kind. Bathrooms were kept pretty clean as well. The menues weren't very clean and sticky with some food bits stuck on them, but that's how I drive restaurants were pre pandemic so not too surprised. Would have been nice to have the QR code option. Table was also very sticky which was a bit of a turn off. Not sure if we'll return, but if we do, we'll likely get a bottle, but a draft.
A very fun place to come for spacious seating and great food and drinks. One of my go to places when I visit Orlando. The decor inside makes you feel like you are in a pub in Great Britain. Love it.
We stopped here twice on a visit to Orlando. Both times were great. The beer was cold, service was good. I ordered the THE COTSWOLD and it was delicious!
Went to lunch here during a convention at a hotel across the street. It could just be a sign of the pandemic, but this place appeared to undermanned at both the server and kitchen levels. It appeared to be ore of a management failure. It took longer than necessary to see a server, for too long to even get drinks, and outrageously long for the food to be served. the last person at our table was served an hour and 15 minutes after ordering (and after one of our members going to the kitchen to see what was up), and the order was wrong... I personally expect a restaurant across the street from a significant convention location to be prepared to meet anticipated demand. we thought maybe the hotel did not inform their neighbors, but they advised us they always inform all the surrounding establishments of scheduled conventions. So my opinion is that this a purely a reflection on the restaurants incompetent management. Found other alternatives and will not use this restaurant for our future annual conventions.
This location was close to my hotel, so I walked over for a dinner with a friend. It took about 3 hours for us to get our food and leave even when the restaurant was about half full. That was really the disappointing part. The beer selection is okay, not as great as I would have hoped from a "pub", but you should be able to find something that you like. The food was good. I wouldn't say it was amazing, but it did beat my mental expectations. The staff was friendly, it was just the speed of service that really is impacting my feelings.
We ended up going here twice during our stay. Good happy hour. The fish and chips were delicious. Great salad as well. Friendly staff and good service.
As a Britt living in the USA , on our visit to Orlando I was hoping for a taste of home , how wrong was I. We arrived at the pub early evening, waited to be seated for some time so decided to sit at the bar first , again after watching numerous staff members walk past us with out being acknowledged , we decided to leave only then on the way out a staff member said " thanks for comming ! " The place looked very nice , only a handfull of tables occupied but sadly with the amount of other options minutes away , to be ignored is not a good way to spread a positive experience, disappointed to say the least.
