Food - meh Staff - RUDE - started to ask staff a question about all the empty tables (90% of shop) with reserved signs on the tables and before I was halfway through the question she started talking over me, sputtering jibberish, so I asked the question again and she snapped at me that she already told me and wasn’t going to repeat herself.

Really great restaurant with excellent food and service. The BBQ sauce on the chicken sandwich was delicious. All our meals were quickly served, hot and good portion sizes. Speedy service, great atmosphere and good affordable food

So we have tried to fit this restaurant in for years after watching plenty on line about it,and it was more than worth the wait. This is a bbq meat heaven. 3 of us dinning I had the smoked Brisket with glazed brussel sprouts, my wife had the ribs with mac n cheese and my son had the sweet and spicy fried chicken sandwich with mac n cheese. Washed down with a pitcher of beer and a coke. Now firstly portion size from the reviews I had seen online the portions looked quite small, Wrong the sides would be an acceptable lunch in Scotland on thier own and the mains equally as big fantastic start. The food was possibly some of the tastiest I have ever eaten of course I tried everyone's ? the smoked Brisket has a coffee rub and may not be to everyone's taste but try a bit of bbq sweet sauce on top and it's out of this world good. The ribs fell off the bone and magnificent. And the chicken given I don't like spicy foods was easily the best fried chicken I have tasted. Mac n cheese was very good but the star of the night was the brussel sprouts, forget your soggy over cooked tasteless Christmas nonsense, these were truly the star of the night and tasted nothing like a regular sprout I'd go back for them alone. Meal was 97 dollars with tip 117 dollars, and now I think may new favourite place to eat

We stopped in on our way home during our last stop at Disney. The place is pretty close to the parking garage, which is nice, if you are really hungry. Food was pretty tasty, but a little on the expensive side (but you are in Disney Springs, so you should be expecting that). Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was friendly enough as well.

First time here food was very delicious we had the trio it was a great choice we also had Mac n cheese corn and fries everything was delicious service was excellent we will be back to try different food

you order first and then sit down. they ask for a tip then - before your service. I was a sucker and tipped them. They brought out my food. pretty much that was the extent. I had to get drinks, refill them, get bbq sauces. they did bring to-go boxes, but that could have been next to sauces. nutshell: good place to eat. do waste money on tip. not value-added service provided for that,

We really enjoyed the food. Great service, they had a sauce bar with different BBQ sauces. We enjoyed the cauliflower and wished we had ordered more of their sides because they all looked delicious. The sliders were excellent. I would recommend getting those if you're not sure what type of sandwich you would like. It gives you three different meats, chicken pork and brisket. All of them were very good.

Absolutely wonderful barbecue and some of the best chicken I have ever eaten. For the huge amount of people they push through these lines, I am stupefied that they are able to maintain such high quality. Mac and cheese tastes like they start with a fine béchamel sauce which packs a wonderful taste and maintains the consistency very well. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well, and for Disney, the prices are pretty on point. Will make sure to hit this place again before leaving!

This place is great! Went with my daughter and her friend and it was jam packed! I thought I was gonna be in there forever but they have the service down to a science! The line to order goes by fast and by the time we grabbed our fountain drinks and sat down our food was ready and brought to our table. Everything was so fresh and tasty! I would definitely recommend and return when. I visit Disney springs again!

This was our first visit and decided to try the Butcher Block’ to give as much a try as possible. I have heard good things about this place so my opinion counts as just my own. The service was very good and quick but I found the food was incredibly salty. I always find that food that requires so much salt is just lacking in flavour. So for $44 it was a fair amount of food but most of it wasn’t eaten. Out of the entire plate the chicken was the only thing that tasted ok.
