Great experience here. Location was very wasy to get to. Everyone I talked to who worked there was very patient and friendly and knowledgeable. No problems at all. The sound system for the two bands sounded perfect. Great open venue for indoors. Plenty of room. Awesome acoustics. Pretty good size stage. First time here, definitely not my last.
Attended the Apocalyptica concert and enjoyed it very much. The venue is easy to get to and parking is great. You can choose to stand or sit in the balcony. The standing area is sloped so if you are in the back it's still easy to see the stage. The size gives it a great intimate feel that larger venues lack. Hoping to see more concerts here.
Caught Steve-O’s Bucket List here. Had a great time! Plenty of parking, quick process to get in, had a full bar and the staff was friendly. It’s a small venue but perfect because it’s more intimate, and closer to quarters with the performer. There really isn’t a bad seat in the house. I do recommend the Plaza Live for any event!
Saw Epik High, incredible concert!!! The stage, lighting and everything was great for their show. There seemed to be some lack of communication with the staff themselves a few times as to when they would open the doors, how the lines were going to go, stuff like that. Plus the sound check guy didn't do his job right and the opener had issues that were out of his control. That was frustrating to watch and hear.
Great venue, amazing sound, but one thing keeps bothering me about my experience last night. When we came into the venue, the whole room was foggy, like a smoke machine had been running since before we came in. The air quality was terrible. It was also HOT—like the A/C hadn’t been turned on all day. We only felt the A/C kick on after someone passed out during the opening act’s set. Four other people passed out in the same night. If you go, consider bringing wearable fans or something, they clearly only turn on the air conditioning when it’s needed.
The Plaza is a great smaller venue with excellent sound, ample parking, friendly staff and easy access from the main town thoroughfares. We've seen many shows there over the years. They have been great about implementing COVID protocols to keep patrons, staff and touring acts safe. We just saw Lucinda Williams there, our first indoor show since the pandemic began and all went well. The show was wonderful and we'll be back again soon.
Great venue!! My girl and I went to see Get The Led Out, a Led Zeppelin tribute band and what a fantastic show! Beyond that what made it great was The Plaza has plenty of parking, they have beverages available at 2 bars on the main floor, not sure about the balcony, yes they have a balcony too, a slanted floor which made it easier to see past the folks in front and it's convenient to main roads. Overall a great night out even though my girl is just learning to appreciate great rock and roll...I hope!
So excited for small venue concert but stage was too low. We were only 4 people from the stage and could barely see over people. There's an attempt at a sloped floor for better view but not much help. SUPER warm and humid inside, even before show started. Would have been nice of merchandise was sold outside, before doors opened, to minimize crowdedness in lobby and loss of being close to stage in unassigned seating venue. Was nice that servers came outside before doors opened to serve cold drinks in the heat. Not sure I would go to venue againBy the way ... Oneus was AWESOME! Great performance!!!!
I love the Plaza Live. Great little music venue with reasonable prices on drinks and free parking! Keep up the good work!
Just saw Citizen Cope and it was amazing.! Awesome small intimate venue. Drinks are a bit overpriced but still a good night out
