Absolutely amazing. I ate for lunch the first time today and I will be back soon. The pastrami sandwich was delicious, but the highlight of the meal was the reuben rolls... I will dream about those tonight.
great alternative to the mecca of deli shops in NYC. TPP stands on its on with its own identity and personality. Owner very down to earth as well. Some of the most tender and moist "brisket" I had ever experienced was from TPP. The thin layer of fat on each slice melts in your mouth that enhances flavor. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and I must say although I was pleased with the experience I'm really not accustomed to a pastrami sandwich made with the brisket flat but it works here at TPP. I'm more familiar with the brisket flat being prepared to make corned beef sandwiched whereas the brisket point, navel or plate sections of beef are made to make pastrami. But all in all it was a good experience and I will certainly be returning.
Wanted to try this place as it was on DDD, so I had the Pastrami Reuben and my wife had the Pastrami. I really liked everything. Food is really subjective as everyone has their own likes and dislikes, that said, if you like tender Pastrami and a good Reuben this place is great. The Reuben had just the right amount of seasoning and sauces, maybe a tad high on the mustard for me but tangy and good. The Cole slaw was not your traditional slaw, but very tasty ?. Give it a try. The place is a bit hard to find in back side of the Italian restaurant. So if you are going north on magnolia turn right immediately to the side of the Italian restaurant and it's in the back.Hope you like it as much as I did.
I stopped on a whim a few weeks ago and encountered one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. I'll try other items on the menu, but the pastrami - for now - is my go-to when I'm in the area. Sandwich comes with crispy and fresh pickle, and side of cole slaw. I'm not a big fan of c.s., but the one served here is delicious.
I think today was my fourth visit to the Pastrami Project. The only regret is that they don't offer Corned Beef. I had the Brisket and my wife tried the Pastrami Rueben. Both came with a sour pickle and coleslaw. We also ordered some Latkes which they do quite well. I went to Katz's Delicatessen in Manhattan in the summer of 2019 and I didn't think it was as good as its reputation. Sandwiches were something like $23, therefore the Pastrami Project is better for half the price.
a MUST stop!!!! pastrami is incredible!!
I ordered the reuben and brisket tacos early in the morning. Both were excellent. Look forward to visiting here again when I'm in the area.
This morning place was beyond amazing!!! Must try the egg rolls they are to die for!!!
Great food and service!! They where so accommodating to my picky children and made sure everything was perfect.
The best pastrami I've had here in Orlando. The slaw was amazing I wanted so much more. I wish the hrs were longer but still an awesome meal. The tacos are a great bang for your buck price 2 tacos filled to the brim with pure deliciousness. My first time and won't be the last. Thank you!
