We are regulars at The Palm but have not gone as often due to the limited menu. Well that has changed and there were so many fabulous choices I had a hard time ordering! Had the new fennel salad yummy! Also for dinner a terrific tuna dish. Service fabulous by John and everything was delicious. Now I will be going back on a regular basis!

Good and service were superb!

A bit too salty and pricey. Otherwise it was fine.

Food was average. We had the sea bass, which was a little fishy, and the dry rub steak. My husband said he had better steaks at Outback. Service was below average especially considering we had a server and an assistant. Had to wait for refills. Caesar Salad was good and the thin toasts they serve in the bread basket. Overpriced and disappointing. Ambiance was cool.

The filet cooked perfectly. The lobster tail was the perfect size at 10 ounces and priced right at $50. Service could not have been better. The bread has been atrocious since Landry bought it out. That should be an easy fix. It’s the only negative in the place. Cheap bread for an upscale steak house.

Amazing dinner; start to finish. Heather is truly an asset to this establishment.

Located inside the Hard Rock Hotel, it's a classic dark furniture, overly dim, a la cart, expensive restaurant. My glass of wine was great and they offered a very robust selection. My sister ordered the chicken parm and tasted it a 3, rubbery and lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes were fantastic probably the best thing we ate. I ordered the branzino, although it was good, I spent a lot of time picking out bones and hard scales, but it wasn't the best I've had. The mozzarella salad was odd, it came out in a heavily oil drenched shaving of fennel and artichoke with a few sprinkles of prosciutto and a ball of mozzarella, this was my least favorite. Our server Frederick was great and provided excellent service, I just wish the food was better and worth the price tag.

I have been going to the Palm for the past 40 years since I’m a kid. I’ve been to the various locations in NYC, MIAMI, Las Vegas, Atlantic City, closed locations in Puerto Rico & Tampa. Orlando should be closed. The food was terrible and the server was a weirdo who would say “sorry man”. Started off with a lousy bread basket not the traditional delicious bread that the Palm is known for. Appetizers were sent back. We ordered a west coast Gigi salad and it came out w one squashy shrimp cut into slivers not chunks like it should be. One bite and I could taste that the shrimp was bad. We ordered baked clams orreganata and were brought steamed clams so they were sent back. The steak was small considering it was almost $70. Ordered a 5 lb lobster that looked like a 2 lb body w big claws from another lobster. The half and half was not edible because it had so much pepper in the batter that we couldn’t eat it. The server brought fries to the table that we didn’t order and they were so over cooked that they were dark brown -no one even tried them cause they looked gross. The other 3 sides were the only good part of the meal. It was my daughters birthday and when she stepped away he asked me what she would like. He brings her a cheesecake with a candle, drops it in front of her and leaves- no song. He never asked us for a dessert order nor showed us a menu. He just tried to sell over priced dinner drinks. Then the bill came and he didn’t comp the birthday dessert, tried to charge us for a bottle of sparkling water that we didn’t order. Terrible dining experience from our favorite steakhouse. On top of it all a manager never stopped over with all the problems we had. I will NEVER go back to this location.

Average (at best)food and overly solicitous wait staff.

Antonio our waiter was outstanding and the food was exceptional as always
