Great Date spot we are from out of town so picked a random place and it didnât disappoint. The Chicken Sandwich was legit and the Ribs for appetizer were also good. The server was also helpful and very welcoming.
My familyâs first visit was excellent. Our server matched my husbandâs wit and kept the great energy going. The fried chicken and macaroni and cheese were sinfully delicious. Our young adult children enjoyed the pork chops with roasted potatoes and the scallop campanelle. We will definitely visit again.
Such a cute boho-style restaurant. Metered street parking right across the street. Very clean and trendy with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. The service was excellent; very attentive and helpful. Brunch adult drinks were refreshing. The menu seems limited, but there is something feasible for every type of eater. We had the chicken & waffles and mushroom scramble, both of which were delicious. I am not typically a waffle person nor whipped cream person, but whatever love they put into these recipes definitely can make me change my mind. I am still thinking about this meal it was so good; definitely returning next time we’re in the area!
The service was 2nd to none from when we walked in and weâre immediately seated on time. Our waitress Ashley was very smart in answering our questions and our food choices, there was also the young lady that was helping her which deserve a nice tip as I hope they shared because we tipped over 20%âºï¸. The steak was perfect and the way I asked for it and the scallop pasta was better than expected, the ribs we picked for our appetizer made us feel like we were in Kansas Cityð¥. God willing we will frequent The Monroe.
AWESOME!!!!! First time here!!! What a gem!!!! Ash took excellent care of us!!! The fried chicken is an absolute MUST!!!!!!! Out of this world!!!! Canât wait to go back!!!!
Table service outstanding, food really good and cocktails delicious. Hostess stand, lots of confusion about my reservation. I made through open table and they could not find my reservation, i showed the hostess my OpenTable booking. She advised me they were fully booked and could not accommodate me because they could not find me. They told me to find a high top, we did and Rachel who served us was a joy. After 30 mins we text our friend if they were close to the Monroe, she was already there and had been for 30mins, she was sat in the main dining area. When she arrived she let the hostess know she was as joining me, they sat her as the first to arrive from our table! Lots of unnecessary confusion. Food and wonderful service made up for hostess/manager mix up!
Wonderful service and ambiance. Our server James was fantastic, very warm and friendly. Everyone was great and we canât wait to go back!

Beautiful ambiance inside, great food, service, and espresso. Mushrooms had great flavor and the fried chicken was moist and flavorful. Looking forward to going back.
This place is truly a vibe. I cannot wait to go back already. I love that you can dress up or down and still be dressed appropriately.
