Terrible restaurant and customer service. Asked for crab legs in garlic butter, for rubber crab doused in hell fire. They argued about giving me the extra butter I paid for, saying they forgot I wanted it on the side and they put it in the bag. The food inedible and when asking about a refund I was told there isn't a manager and they aren't even sure if they are franchised or corporate. DO NOT EAT HERE. It is a rip off. Now I have to dispute the charge on my card because they are too incompetent to issue the refund.
Normally I have my food togo but tonight we decided to dine in. BE MISTAKE!! Our server was Ryan. Not sure if he was overwhelmed with his 3 tables or if he is high. But I would definitely say have your food to go.
My family and I came in over the weekend and had Quoya as a server. The food was great and her service was the best. The drinks are awesome too. Great job Juicy Crab!
We came here last year when we came to Orlando for the first time. We just came back again today while we’re visiting and dang skippy it’s just as good as we remember!! Love this place!! The food is absolutely delicious!! They cook the crab legs, lobster, shrimp, potatoes and corn to perfection! The flavor is so good, everything is perfectly moist! I wish we lived closer. The staff is also so sweet, thank you!!
Called and made an order over the phone spoke with Angel. He has exceptional customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Even when I picked up the order he was super nice. First time ordering to go and left very happy.
I ordered takeout. I would definitely advise for management to play music that is censored, it’s much more respectful to your customers. Also all the seafood tasted like water tossed in seasoning, no real flavor. I order blue crabs, mussels, shrimp, sausage, and crawfish.The food just tasted as if it was steamed and boiled in water then tossed in the bag. Rogerwood sausage, was eh, they should upgrade to smoked.Im a big seafood lover so the food and butter will do but nothing really tasted fresh. Maybe I was hyped because I heard so much about their food.If I go back it would be for the shrimp and steamed rice, that was perfect, the rest was a waste of $80.
If you want to have a place to sit and enjoy some good seafood with your family please don’t do so. Me, my husband and children was here at the music that was playing was loud and spoke about things children should not hear. My waiter Toya was awesome of course and the food was great but this is not a family place more so if it was just me and my husband attending on a vibe kind of night.
Food was good.Big portions and fresh.Flavorful. If you like spicy food this place is for you. I asked for mild and i couldnt eat it. When i sent it back our waitress was understanding to it and gave me a milder version.The service wasnt great though. She never came back to ask how things were and didnt clear one thing during our meal. I tipped but reluctantly.Music was good and had large booths for our family. Id go back to this place for sure.
Amazing vibe with RnB classics playing, clean restaurant. ?Suegeilly? is the best manager with serving skills! Best birthday surprise for my brother! Drinks are good and strong!
Do not miss this place! It is in a random strip mall, but the food will not disappoint so don’t let that deter you. If you are in the mood for Cajun spices, nothing else will hit the spot like this place. Staff is very friendly, Lee-lee was our server and she was great.We ordered the crab legs and shrimp boil in the garlic butter mixed with Cajun sauce. We also ordered catfish with rice and poured the extra sauce from the boil bag over EVERYTHING! Mmmmm!
