Great place for a sandwich! Fresh bread and fresh ingredients. Never have to wait in a long line. My favorite is the tavern club sandwich.

First time getting the sliced smoked turkey for Christmas. Me and the kids absolutely inhaled the turkey. All of us bumped into each other in the kitchen at midnight , sneaking to grab as many slices as we could eat. Mom was mad because we refrained eating her fancy stuffed chicken dish for these slices of heaven. We also got their rum cake, absolutely moist and perfect after dinner....Why is this not advertised and marketed ????
I purchase a ham from Honey Baked pretty much every year, this year will be the last. I reserved my order (I normally do) & paid upon arrival for ONE ham - 20 minutes after I left the store I received an alert from my bank that I’d been charged for another ham close to the same amount but not exact…the person that checked me out was the GM of the store, turns out, sadly, that this person with no people skills outside of referring to people as “hun” and “sweetie” was my only recourse - she proceeds to tell me I potentially left with two hams - wrong. Then proceeds to tell me that I inserted my card twice & was charged 2 separate amounts - (I inserted it twice but wasn’t charged the 2nd time until 20 mins later?!) wrong & extremely suspicious. After 30 minutes on hold and talking in circles (which is basically blaming me) she says they can do the refund for one of the hams - fair enough; however, after seeing a second fraudulent ham charge I immediately locked my card causing the refund to decline, I try to explain to this genius that the card can be unlocked & the account isn’t frozen & all of a sudden there’s nothing she can do so I should call my bank & dispute as fraud, lovely. Although this happened once in the last 5x I’ve been there & they did ultimately process the refund it’s enough to make me never go again - be careful using your cards here people, there is definitely something up, use cash or a gift card- you’ve been warned.
As someone who worked for the company several years ago and for many different locations in Florida, this location is the best. Came in on Christmas eve with no reservation or preorder, was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. The people on the phones sounded pleasant despite the high call volume. The front counter worked quickly AND with great customer service and interaction. Thank you all!!
Kudos to the Honey Baked Ham store on East Colonial! My last two recent visits to pick up my order were exceptional! What used to be a dreaded experience, the current staff is super efficient, organized, & gets their customers in & out in a matter of minutes! ?What a pleasure to shop there!
I just went and had the nicest experience at this store. Thank you to the manager for taking care of me today even though I know it must be stressful having your systems down. I know it’s just sweet potato casserole to some people, but your act of kindness warmed my heart this Christmas season.
