I want you to know that I’m very displeased with my experience I just had at your restaurant. It took over an hour and a half to get our food. You ran out of what we ordered, falafel, and no one told me until I walked up to the counter and asked where my food was. Had I not approached the counter, I would have never received my food. My order I placed after going to the counter the second time was not prioritized over other orders despite already waiting an hour and a half, while being met with a rude employee. Several colleagues of my and myself come here at least once a week and do not plan on coming back anytime soon after today’s experience. It’s very hard to come back from what just transpired. Lack of communication. Poor customer service. Poor planning on food (no rice or falafel). Just all around, back experience.
Had a doctor appointment in the area and was in the mood for Greek food and saw this restaurant near bye so stopped in. Walking in it was empty but it was also in-between lunch and dinner. Ordered gyro on pita and salad and gyro plate. All was good but meat was a bit dry, rice pilaf was good and salad was very good. If I was in the area and wanted greek food I would go again but unfortunately I wouldn't go out of my way to go.
It’s going to seem ironic that I give this restaurant only 2 stars after my next sentence. I absolutely love their food and continue to order because their Greek salad is my favorite. My frustration is that I order at least once a week through Uber Eats, since I don’t live close to their downtown location and 9 times out of 10, they leave the pita or tzatziki and sometimes both out of my bag. It’s extra frustrating because I leave a note on my order every single time. It has now happened the last 4 times I have ordered and today both were missing. I’ve called the restaurant the last three times and they are always polite and apologetic, but it doesn’t change the fact that I paid a decent amount of money (especially since in order through Uber) for an incomplete order. They also offer to make it right the next time and that hasn’t happened yet either. I honestly don’t even want them to make my past orders right at this point. I just want them to pay attention to current orders. I should know better by now and just completely stop giving them my business but their food keeps me coming back. This may be the last time though.*Update: I ordered through UberEats today for lunch. No tzatziki. I added a photo. I’ll send a message through the link that you provided.
Great food! Great place to eat downtown!
Had the great greek gyro with grilled chicken. The pita was soft, the chicken was moist and tender, the tomatoes were fresh and the red onion diced up to the right size with an almost crunch that brought that extra zest of flavor. The Tzatziki brought it all together in a blend that was very balanced. Added the Feta fries and it made for a solid lunch. Staff was very warm and welcoming as well. Would have taken a picture of the food, but dove in and didnt stop once it arrived.

I love this place.Let’s start off by saying- it’s very clean restaurant, inside and out.- the staff is kind, knowledgeable and personable- parking is tough but you can alway park in the sky house apt garage- Hummus and bread - so smooth and fresh with hints of garlic- Lamb Skewer - made to order, soo many flavors tenter and juicy5/5 will return!!!
Food was excellent
Great presentation of the gyro. Not sloppily thrown together like a few other places ive been in central Florida. Fast and accurate service, and the taste is exactly what it should be. It's my first time and i definitely am adding this place to my go-to list. :)
