no characters today, but the prime rib and pork loin were both excellent. and the staff kept the drinks coming once your first cup hits the halfway mark. On a hot day like today, that alone is worth it. And they will refill your water bottles, canteens, thermos, camelbaks, etc for you if you ask. tip well. more pics to come.
This is my FAVORITE restaurant and our waitress was just over the top with customer service. She ALWAYS was near by with a smile to make sure our experience was good. The food was OUTSTANDING and she also checked always to see if it was to our liking. This is a MUST go to place for indoor dining while you visit the Magic Kingdom . Thank you Sydney
Terrific buffet diner with very excellent service. As soon as you walk in, the greeters immediately call you friends as they escort you to your table. The wait staff is very attentive to anything you need in a timely manner. The all you can eat buffet was excellent and consisted of prime rib, fried chicken, salad bar, pastas, tater tots, vegetables, and plenty of deserts. The prices are kind of high, but it is well worth it and I left well-satisfied. With excellent food, very friendly staff, and pleasant environment, I give this place my full recommendation.
This is probably my 10th visit in 20 years. My son and I went in for lunch with a reservation as it opened. We were taken promptly. The food selection was wonderful. Nice break from park food. There is a nice salad bar. Hot and cold food. Plenty of choices. Standard chicken strips Mac and cheese for the picky eaters also. We were pleasantly surprised how good the food was. Will definitely return.
The Disney experience dims again.. Charged my cc $270 for a reservation I canceled early In person at restaurant and was told I would not be charged!!! It was raining the kids were miserable and there were at least 60 people trying to get in.
Food is great and all you can eat. Price is high but hopefully you know that before you go in here. Not really worth the extra price because you don’t get to see Pooh and the gang. If they bring the characters back, I’d say go here, but since they aren’t, I’d stay away
I have been here 3 times now. Twice for breakfast and once for lunch. The breakfast is wonderful - no complaints! The lunch was mediocre and I wouldn't personally do it again. Mickey waffles and Pooh and Friends....fun times for those with or without kids! (No kids here, just kids at heart).
From the start it was such a disaster! So unorganised and all staff were so miserable! We went to celebrate our honeymoon and we didn’t even see a difference (we selected the option) From the bat when we asked the lady at the door what to do we got a stroppy comment back saying “Like I said to the other family you need to WAIT” I was honestly appalled as we weren’t even mad at the time. Next we were lead to our table by a lady that seemed really nice and friendly until we heard we were getting served by another guy. I’ve never had worse service! I suffer with extreme anxiety and PTSD and this guy made me have a full on mental breakdown. We ordered some drinks, he asked for ID so we showed him our drivers licences, these apparently weren’t acceptable ID so he asked for our passports…. Sorry?? We don’t walk around with our passports in our bag?? Eventually I found a photo of my passport but not my partners, the waiter just went off in a huff and said “at least the lady is prepared” but we got our drinks. This is when I got upset, I started feeling really anxious as we hadn’t even been given instructions on what to do. My partner went to get food but I didn’t eat because I mentally couldn’t. After a while we had a bill slapped onto our table and that was it. A full bill…. The waiter also got in a huff when we said we wanted to pay by card too…. I honestly don’t understand why he was even in such a mood until I heard he was in trouble by the managers!! Tababi was on the bill so I’m guessing that was his name. My partner only ate one plate and I stayed after we paid as I finally got the courage to eat after that awful experience (we weren’t aloud to take it with us so I could eat more privately but I understand) I get that people work long shifts but good service doesn’t hurt anybody. We won’t be coming here again.
Great little oasis tucked away in Magic Kingdom. Our family loves booking a nice middle of the day meal at Crystal Palace when at Magic Kingdom. We will often break up the day by spending a couple of hours dining in this beautiful setting. The menu is a full buffet but is surprisingly affordable relative to the park scale of restaurant offerings. The selection has everything from cocktail shrimp, prime rib, roast pork, smoked brisket, boneless fried chicken, Mahi Mahi and a bunch of assorted sides. There is a kid friendly section and a pretty large assortment of desserts with ice cream. The restaurant doesn't currently offer character interactions, and frankly we don't care. Honestly, it's even more peaceful and enjoyable now. Beautiful windows, relaxing music, delicious dishes, free refills, and coffee with desserts. Perfect for recharging or just a chill Disney day.
Good food options for a buffet and for picky kid eaters. Service was good and our waitress kept our drinks full. The desserts are always good. We didn't miss the characters and its a great place to have dinner and then find a good fireworks spot to sit.
