I cannot say enough good things about Vlad; he was hands down one of the best servers we've ever experienced. He was extremely personable, funny, and appeared to genuinely enjoy our quirkiness, as well as joking around with us. Vlad made our overall experience just that much better. I would highly suggest asking for him/his section when planning a visit; excellent service, food, and drinks.

We had a business lunch with 5 people. Our food was excellent, but the service was lacking. Our server introduced his trainee when he greeted our table, so we were quite surprised by their lack of attention to basic items. Drinks were ordered and not delivered, iced tea refills were requested and took 5-10 minutes to appear, straw wrappers, sugar packets and other pieces of trash were never removed from the table, etc. The main server was quite curt when someone tried to learn more about a menu item and did not get friendlier as the meal went on. This is NOT the Capital Grille we typically enjoy!
Connected with a colleague who was in town on vacation. This lunch was luxurious in every way.
