This is the BEST escape room experience ever!
The Bureau is definitely one of the top locations in Orlando!! I’ve done close to 100 rooms and Puppet Heist is absolutely top five. The set design and the puzzles/tasks are second to none. From the moment you walk in, you know it’s not going to be like any other escape room. The staff is also so friendly and are passionate about what they do!! Highly recommend making a visit.
My friend and I wanted to go to an escape room, so we started researching local ones. We loved the website and the videos for each objective. It was obvious how much love and work went into the videos and stories, so we knew the puzzles had to be great. We were not disappointed! The set design was great, the story was captivating, the puzzles were challenging but achievable, and the staff was incredible! We did the Lab at Loch Ness, and could not have been any happier. We had a phenomenal time. I can't say enough how much of blast it was. Would totally recommend and would definitely consider doing it again the next time I find myself in Orlando.
Bobby reached out to me and I am so glad he did! We (our entire group) had never heard of the Bureau before. It was FANTASTIC! We had kids ranging in age from 5-10 and they all loved it and had a blast! The moms had fun too! We will definitely be back!
We did a Bureau escape adventure for the first time today, "UFO: Go For Launch!" It is located in the heart of International Drive, near the convention center. It's fresh and clean. There were four of us (all adults -- 51, 50, 23, 21) in our group. We are all very seasoned escape room players (i think we've done upwards of 30 different rooms). We really enjoyed it! From the beginning, Manny, our host, a young man who was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly, got us off on the right foot. Something unique to this experience is the ability to order refreshments upon going in or during the online booking process. You can choose to get your drink or snack before going in, have them serve it to you "mid-game," or pick it up on the way out. Nice touch! There are no "locks or keys," which would definitely appeal to a lot of escape game players, as they can be a challenge to open when they're older or it's dark. Everything in this room is "tech driven" and operates almost like you're in a video game. There are a lot fewer items that you need to just "find." Once you do find things, they are pretty obviously meant for something and the puzzles make sense! It's a fairly lateral escape game that definitely requires a team effort. Definitely worth a look! We'll be back, probably in the next few days!
This was the best escape room we have ever done. The staff was amazing and attentive. They went out of their way to make our experience fun and always stayed in character. If you have chance to visit - Go! It was well worth it.
Great escape room place! I've completed over 25 escape rooms and have done 3 already at The Bureau. We loved the puppet one, we loved the doctor one and the alien one is slightly difficult but we loved that one too. Would highly recommend! Love the place and plan to do the 4th room in the future. We love the set up and the entrance to the place. One of the most entertaining and thoughtful rooms we have completed. Not a lot of combo locks, which we love because it's a lot of tech based and brain thinking stuff.
Absolutely loved this place. The excitement starts as soon as you walk in the front door. We did three rooms in one day and let me tell you, from someone that has done over 100 games, these rooms are very well thought out and put together. Not only do they look amazing but they were all very challenging. Great staff, very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy when you walk out. Big shout out to Manny and Cat loved you guys.
I looked up escape games near me. I usually go to the escape game but I’ve done all their games already and the next place I checked had a minimum rule of 3 people so since you guys allowed groups of two you were the best choice. very nice game room. The employees were helpful. The set up in the front almost spooked us away but after the fact that is the coolest thing and a great story to tell. Keep up the great work looking forward to doing more rooms with you guys. It is very different in execution to other places and I love that you offer drinks that we can take into the room with us. The waiting area is also dope.
