We came here to dine, and of course the food was spectacular. The staff, though, really made it special. Friendly and professional, warm and welcoming. And here's the extra special part: after dinner, my girlfriend's ECV was dead. This happens, and it was our problem, not the restaurant's. However, their staff - especially the Asst. Manager - Yuki Teshima - really went above and beyond, contacting our rental company, arranging a conveyance with Guest Services, and being very gracious throughout. Our evening was made all the more special by Teppan Edo's staff.

This restaurant was fantastic! We had so much fun and the food was delicious. Our kids loved it and had a great time too. Service was great as well.

We booked here for dinner, 5 of us, at 17.15 as was recommended by a friend. We all loved it. The service was superb. We never felt rushed. The chef, Prince, was brilliant. It was so lovely watching someone so masterful at cooking. And a few tricks, but no spoilers here. The food was delicious. In fact we all said it was probably the best meal we'd had all holiday. I know se people say they can't get a booking but we booked 2 months before our visit. When you're on holiday from the UK it's a necessity to plan ahead with an itinerary and pop meals in there too. Maybe we're a bit too organised, but it was so worth.

We are annual pass holders for years and we tried to reserve since January to no avail. So we walked in today has walk in and we were sent to the self serve outside cause they were completely booked. Sad! Disney got serious issues with Japan. Try to reserve 60,90 or 120 days in advance to see if it’s possible. We walked around the restaurant and counted more then 10 empty tables which means they are short staffed. And also it’s time you all remove the park reservation nightmare.

This place was so hyped up and we thought we were so lucky to get a reservation as soon as we were able to book. Upon our arrival we were barely greeted, the hostess was having a personal conversation for literally 10 minutes before we finally interrupted. We were seated at a table that was dirty, the whole room still had dishes on empty tables and our waitress was sooo rude. Had a new chef named Prince (sweet but lacks sanitary training) who dropped the salt and pepper shakers in our food making the shrimp plunge to the eating area. He also kept wiping his hands and knife on a dirty towel. The food had no flavor and we were all literally sooo grossed out. We are spoiled by Benihanna! Will never recommend or return. Almost seems like a separate entity than Disney based on the entire experience. All other restaurants were so clean, great food and friendly, professional staff!

The chef was very impressive with his skills and the show performance that he put on. The food also tasted great, with plenty of it. I won't say anything about what he does as it will give it all away but it's a fun meal.

This is a fun restaurant located at EPCOT in the Japan pavilion, and if you like Japanese hibachi type restaurants. The chef puts on a fun show. The food is excellent, options included scallops, shrimp, chicken, and beef. The meals run on average about $40 a person, but it is Disney. Everything is expensive at WDW. Reservations are highly recommended!

EJapanese hibachi in Epcot. Must make reservations months in advance. Typical of Disney restaurants in terms of service, quality and price. Food is good as is service but don't expect world class - call it upscale for the masses.

Wow! Such good food and great atmosphere. The waiter and hibachi chef were fantastic. So full and refreshex! Definitely great place for our family to have a nice supper.

Been going to this restaurant in Epcot about half a dozen times. This last time after the Pandemic...... Rice was COLD Food was NOT TASTY Host refused to allow us to sit at the regular table since Hibachi charges more.... Been there... NEVER AGAIN
