Chinese Seafood Dim Sum

The oysters were large and the glass noodles mixed wonderfully in the soy sauce for this traditional dish. The fish was absolutely delicious: tender, beautifully sauced, and cut in flowering filets. The duck blood and the scallions complemented nicely; smooth like tofu but with a bit of extra spring to it. The eggplant was the only thing I felt was off: too sweet. Overall, the dishes were a great example of traditional chinese food if you know what to order!

Our first experience of dim sum. Amazing restaurant - never been anywhere like this previously. The decor is opulent and exotic. Jane, our Chinese friend, tells us that this is authentic and reflects what restaurants in Guangdong look like. The dim sum was delicious but we had the benefit of an expert ordering for us. You may want to do some research into the food on offer before you come. You won't be disappointed.

I've seen a ton of less than 3 star reviews mainly for the bad service but let me tell you about Hong Kong Style service. This is the way it is. If you are some sensitive snowflake who have never been to Hong Kong Or China, or anywhere else in Asia, you'll know that they make up for the bad service for good food. Weekends there are always tons of people and lack table service and you know why people pay $100 to $300 dollars for this? Their food is always top notch. It's good because I've had the real deal growing up in Asia and this is 100% authentic flavors imported from Hong Kong and Guangdong. If you are someone looking for good food, come and there'll be plenty of seats left from those who want good service. I for one would rather tolerate bad table service than having bad food go into my body. But you will only get the good food here, dimsum is my favorite.

If i could give zero star i would. In my food there is broken materials from scrubbing the wok. When i mentioned to server. She said that must be clean just fall inside not big deal. I want her to eat it with her mouth then tell me if it is okay to be inside the food while my two child are chewing it! And the lobster special they are doing are using frozen lobster, why because the meat still stick on the shells! Then we try order few dimsum (menu saids available), then they refuse to do it because the chef not willing to steam one small order. Then take it out of your menu if you are lazy enough to cook for your customers! Im in the same business so i are extremely sensitive with these kind of services and food quality! Chef are wore extremely dirty clothes walking around the hall. How can I expected my food to be clean. And they reuse the disposable table clothes. While im sat down i found oil and rice on my table. Asked them change it few servers are keep denying they re use it. But when im leaving they are wiping down other tables clothes with water spray. What a lie. No wonder on friday night only four five tables. Horrible services horrible foods

Good dim sum. Quite crowded on a Sunday morning. Place opens at 11 and quite a number of parties waiting outside. Food was good for the most part and service fast and friendly. Enjoyed the lunch. Prices very reasonable.

It’s a typical Cantonese dim sum restaurant, spacious, crowded, noisy and a lot of lights. The ambiance is nice if you’re into this kind of atmosphere. The food was hit and miss, mostly it was good. The big fish on the plate was way over cooked and had lost a lot of flavor. We know this dish well and it was definitely botched somehow. The rest of the dishes were okay, but just average, nothing noteworthy. The service was slow in the beginning but later they became attentive. Overall, it’s okay, but the food didn’t live our expectations.

Food is good but the woman who takes the steam cart she is the worst. She stays at one table too long and she has no idea what she has in her cart. She needs to keep running back and forth between table and kitchen which doesn’t make any sense to me. What is the point for you to have your cart when you have nothing inside. And she will never remember what you order and what you are waiting for. If you easily forget that’s what a note pad use for. She doesn’t care I don’t even know why she works here. I feel sad the dim sum here is good since I am a Cantonese but the wait time is SUPER long and even though I am not in a rush I still do not want to waste my time like that. 1 hour to wait shrimp dumplings and end up didn’t get it because she keeps forgetting.点心真系好味,但系推蒸笼车果位阿姨我真系劝你走否则你影响人地生意。谢谢

We went to this place twice in the last two weeks, a typical Cantonese restaurant. It was just opened a few months ago without much fanfare. We saw the notes said twin lobsters promotion for $25 if dine in.We like the lobster deal, and the pork with preserved vegetables (梅菜扣肉) was very good。The rest were OK and I would preferred more flavor. The meals were lukewarm which we mentioned to the waitress. May explore more in the future.

My family and I went here for dim sum and no one bothered looking up to help seat us. My mom had to chase someone down to get plates and utensils. Then we ordered dim sum and placed an order for other dishes since it was close to the 3:00 hour when dim sum would end. Restaurants normally take lunch at this hour and the entire staff sat down to eat, with one person making us a seafood dish that we ordered that had promised king crab meat. When we were served the one dish it didn't have any king crab and my dad had to ask a server three times as they avoided our table and didn't work to fix the dish or even let us know that they didn't have any crab for the dish when we ordered. We would have either not placed the order or have made a different choice. Everyone was acting like they were busy trying to take care of something else when we were one of about 4 tables and others were eating. Obviously, the staff's main priority was for themselves. My parents have worked in the industry for the majority of their work experience and we respect those still working in the field, however we tried to understand and be respectful of the time of day but when they disrespected us by ignoring us we had to cancel the rest of our order and paid for just the dim sum that we consumed. Never had we had such an issue just trying to ask someone to resolve an issue as we know that mistakes can happen. Needless to say we will never come back here as they did make great food when they did decide to cook. The service was not one that would be something to recommend. We hope it's not like this for everyone else that decides to visit. Merry Christmas.

Super busy but a great experience. Lot of hustle and bustle. The smells and sounds make you feel immersed in the experience. The food was awesome. We had a bbq pork sampler and a few other fantastic dishes. Ill up load pics because they are a feast for the eyes and mouth. The have this thing called a durian pancake, you have to try it. Honestly this place is 6 out of 5 stars.
