The best! I am Turkish, and Turkish cuisine and Greek cuisine have common dishes. I missed stuffed peppers and dolmades too much. So I decided to visit Taverna Opa. I am happy with my decision. Foods are so delicious! I ordered stuffed peppers, dolmades, Greek coffee, and baklava. I wouldn’t say I like the baklava too much. But stuffed peppers are so delicious! Greek coffee is terrific too. I think Greek coffee and Turkish coffee are the same
Celebrated my moms birthday with the whole family including my grandparents and everyone had a good time. It’s a great environment for all Ages. The food was delicious and good portions. Music gets louder during the belly dancing performance which was fun and they let you dance on the tables with the belly dancer! We had a blast.
Googled and found this restaurant. Located in a mall strip. Had to pay for parking. Prompt service. I got the Pastitsio and it was delicious! For dessert I got baklava and ice cream. Great lunch. Fair pricing. Nice clean restaurant.
The food was delicious and tasted authentic but I will never go back because of the atmosphere. The floor is littered with napkins that people throw into the air. Patrons and staff dance on the tables. And the Latin (not Greek) music is played so loud you can't hear the person next to you. It's like someone decided to put a restaurant inside of a nightclub.
Food was amazing! The place was definitely a different and unique experience. It's great place to celebrate an event like a birthday or graduation. It's a must check out when in the area.
We have been to Greece several times and are always looking for authentic Greek food. The food was delicious and authentic. We ordered several mezes for happy hour. The keftedas were especially good. Friendly staff and good prices.
Food is tasty, authentic, and well priced. But...the atmosphere was not for me. The tables are too close together. Background music and noise level is sky high. Couldn't hear the waitress, even when she was right beside me.
This is an amazing restaurant to eat healthy food. We were at Florida a week and the seven days that we were here.We came to this amazing restaurant and we ate here for 5 days also the staff was very nice.I can tell that I will never forget that place because if we and my family will ever be here again I would know were we can eat healthy food and enjoy our weekend’s. I recommend you to try there food if you will be in Florida.
If you looking for great food, music, and party this is the place to be. The DJ played all the genres and kept the party going. I've never danced on tables before and just laughed the night away.
