I won a contest for a Valentines Day dozen of cupcakes and went to pick them up yesterday. They were extremely busy with almost a line out the door. I told the staff I wasn’t there to place an order, just pick up my winnings and they immediately looked for my order. Once they found it, the girl said “you can grab 4 dessert cups too!” Nice! This was such a very generous prize and my first time here so for this I give them 5 stars ! The cupcakes and dessert cups were a hit tonight for my Super Bowl party. Thank you Sweet By Holly!
I’ve ordered from here two years ago for my daughters 4th birthday, and this year my son turned 1 and we had to order again. We ordered two cakes, 1 for his actual bday which was actually from the fridge and available as soon as you walk in, and 1 for his bday party that we ordered a few weeks ahead of time to make sure it’s perfect. We told them the theme we wanted as well as the flavor, and gave them the freedom to create it however they wanted and they did not fail me at all. The 1st one was vanilla & the second was black out (chocolate) and both were a hit. Nothing was left over. I would also like to shoutout all the employees but I don’t have their name. I did get the new general managers name which is Carlos and he was amazing! I got to meet the baker and her whole attitude was amazing as well. It’s awesome when you find a place that you can clearly tell that the people love what they do. Oh and I can’t forget, the little cupcakes were so delicious as well. We had the flavors banana, s’mores, cinnamon bun, dirt, black out, strawberry, Nutella, lemon, and some others but can’t remember the names from the top of my head. We will definitely be coming back for more! Oh and how could I forget how beautiful the cake cups look (I think that’s what they’re called). I had the flavor strawberry and it was delicious. It’s so cute and small and even comes with a small spoon to eat on the go. Thank you Sweet! By Holly!
We did a vegan cake for our 1yr. Daughter's party and let me say, she thoroughly enjoyed every piece of that cake. I had a taste of it myself too and wow it was a hit. They were able to make a vegan mini smash cake with two different flavors for us. All 10s from us. Thank you so much for bring my vision to life.
My husband and I decided to use Sweet by Holly for our wedding cupcakes. We went in about a month before and placed an order for 75 minis, 3 different types. I paid in full and even tipped 20%. Fast forward to the day before our wedding, my mother-in-law went to go pick up the order and they had no idea what she was talking about. They lost our order. The woman helping her said she would still give us the cupcakes and not charge us, which sounds pretty silly when I even offered to send them my bank statement to prove I made a purchase back in December. To make matters worse, they tried sending her home with 3 boxes instead of 6 and when she went back to ask for the remainder, they treated my mother-in-law like she was trying to get free stuff but in reality, they were sending her back with 36 cupcakes instead of the original amount. And yet, it somehow gets worse. They thought it was OK to try sending her with 3 variety packs instead of properly filling our order with the original flavors we agreed on. When she tried to correct the order AGAIN, they ended up calling my husband and I and telling us that they didn’t have one of the flavors we asked for. This is all happening before 11 AM, not like we came in late in the day to try and get our order. They tried apologizing and gave us the variety packs for free on top of the other 6 boxes, but honestly I’m so disappointed we chose this place to handle our wedding. I’ve been planning this wedding for 3 years and I never had a vendor misplace our forms or not give us what we paid for. If they handled this mistake professionally and didn’t continue mishandling our order, I wouldn’t even write this review. To say we’re disappointed in their service is an understatement.
Sweet! By Good Golly Miss Holly is INCREDIBLE. They provided an assortment of festive and delicious mini cupcakes for an industry networker our company hosted this past week. Each cupcake came with a cute little carrier box to-go if needed. We highly recommend, and we look forward to working together again in the future! We went to get cupcakes tonight because my son got all A’s on his tests today. We drove almost an hour. My favorite cupcake used to be the white raspberry. The cupcakes were very dry. The filling was bitter and full of seeds. They must of changed the recipe and it was not for the better. These cupcakes were not good at all. We will not be back. Very disappointing.

I ordered a custom 2-layer birthday cake for my wife. My requirements were kinda complicated, but Brittany patiently listened to my request and suggested several nice changes. I am very happy with the attention Brittany gave and we're very happy with the cake we received. It looks and tastes great!
This was my second time here. First time I came in a Monday. If you don’t know, they have a special on Mondays, that all mini cupcakes cost only $1. So it is amazing to try a lot of flavor.This time I came on a Tuesday, so no special. Each mini cupcake costs $2,50, I bought a package with 4, and costs me $9. I tried to be very selective, and I didn’t get impressive.Strawberry very artificial flavor, the dulce de leche has cinnamon, I really liked, black out was ok and coffee didn’t liked it.It’s a nice place to know, but go on a Monday, so you can have more flavors for a excellent price.
We ordered our Wedding Cake (2020), after eating a wedding cake made from this place at another wedding, and at the time of eating it was delicious! It is tradition in the UK (expat in Florida) to keep the top tier to eat on the first year anniversary of the wedding. Unfortunately with COVID etc families couldn't travel. Fast forward to 2021. One frozen, now defrosted cake and 600+ days later families were reunited and we could cut the cake. The cake tasted exactly the same as it did on our wedding day, just as delicious! Would highly recommend this place and thank you for putting a smile on our faces.
