In a small row of shops just off Intl Drive. Standard fast food feel to the seating area but the sushi is some of the best we have ever had. Fabulous meal. Good choice of all the usual favourites.

Sushiology in Orlando is a casual dining gem. A great spot for a quick meal - for sushi lovers. As locals, we often visit when on our way to the outlet mall. Sushiology is also a good option for feeding a large family or large group. They offer to go & catering menus also. The staff is courteous & helpful. The service is consistently fast & good. One of our favorites for a casual bite to eat.
Nice place - clean with a satisfying menu, good service, and polite staff. I had a few rolls, shumai, and miso soup - everything was delicious and prepared/served promptly. It is back off the main road so if you blink driving by you might miss it, but it is definitely worth a try if you are fond of sushi and in the area.
A great hidden gem if you love sushi and rice bowls! They also now have poke bowls! You cannot see this place from the street but you are within walking distance from Vineland premium outlets. There is also plenty of parking here if you wish to roll on up. It is located on the backside of the plaza so you will have to drive down the entrance road and then hang a quick left at the back of the building.The food was fresh and delicious! They have an amazing amount of selections and the salmon sushi was extremely fresh! I am definitely adding this place to my list of favorites for when I come here!
The staff is very friendly and will bring the food to your table if dining in. The cold Strawberry Saki and Pineapple Saki is good. We had the Gyoza, Shrimp Shaumai, Miso Soup, Shrimp Teriyaki Don, Kamikaze roll, Mexican roll, Salmon California roll, Tuna roll, and Tataki. All of these items were terrific! No complaints. Oh yes, also tried the Tofu Steak, which wasn't bad not my fav since I don't care for the texture, but would recommend. This place has become a place that is now an Orlando staple I'll visit everytime I'm back in town!
We have found our new “go to” for sushi! We have a place in Orlando and visit often. We tried Sushiology for the first time last night and we will definitely be back. We stopped in to order carry out and got rainbow rolls, Mexican rolls, shrimp tempura and the quality was the best we have had in quite a while. I loved their menu board when you walk in and have to also say the service was very friendly and it is a comfortable, clean atmosphere.

I love this place. The sushi is what I would call moderately priced but is quick and tastes great. We have been going here for around 7 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and there is always plenty of seating. Give it a try if you are staying in the Disney/SeaWorld resort area.
The food was tasty! You order at the counter and find a seat and they bring the food over to you. I had gyoza, a sweet potato roll, and a teriyaki chicken bowl. It tasted fresh and service was quick. I will go back if I’m in the area again. Prices were pretty good, but they did charge extra for sauces other than soy sauce. Drink selection is limited.
