The s’mores beignet is best desert in town! We ate it all and were scraping the box for every last bit of deliciousness

Me and my partner loved eating here when it first opened. After the first time we tried Sus Hi Eatstation, we came at least 3x a month but now we are very disappointed and wanting to forget about returning anymore. I just had to come back to the store to get a replacement order because they put a wrong sauce on top and forgot the other I requested originally. After coming back to the store for a replacement bowl, I am now missing lettuce and was told the new guy put my missing sauce under the rice. Which makes no sense because there are two options of putting sauces on top or on the side of the bowl so it's a very poor excuse on where my missing sauce option is. Not to mention in the past we've had burritos not fried when paid for on multiple occasions to the point where we can't trust just taking our food to go. Unfortunately after this experience this location has lost some loyal costumers.

Delicious!! I had the rich salmon bowl, it was great. I will definitely be coming back here. The only drag is the automated touch screen to order, but I guess that allows the employees to focus on the food. It was fast too. Very good, check them out.

Sorry but I did not like this location. Not only because a homeless person that was laying around outside came in and was so smelly he ruined my appetite. Also more than 4 items were missing from my order and items added in my burrito that wasn't on my choices. 3 stars because staff apologized.

Been a happy happy customer at multiple locations for a very long time. Any time I come to visit Orlando I must go have Sus Hi as many times as humanly possible. The deep fried rolls and the bowls are always yummy. It’s nice that they keep expanding too as many locations to choose from.

Love Sus Hi Eatstation! They have a lot of options for the poke bowls, and are a great price for the amount of food (portion size) you get! You can pick up to 3 different proteins for the poke bowl which I cannot find at other places. Quick service, order has never been wrong! They also have a rewards program where you can get points or $ off future orders.

Over 5 stars never disappoint fried sushi burritos ??

Great rolls and absolutely amazing customer service! I called before placing my order because I'm pregnant and raw fish is a huge no no. I ordered a fried salmon roll and the chef recommended a few different options to cook my salmon for me to ensure the baby's safety. The ended up cooking the salmon in a pan before adding it to my roll. Super happy mommy here! Finally got my awaited sushi

I want to like this place and the food is good, but the business owners are out of their mind with prices. Before you mention the pandemic increasing prices, I assure you it was happening before then. I used to get extra rice in my bowl in 2018 (because I only get like 2 toppings) and then they started charging for rice and literally weighing the bowl. Rice by the pound costs what… 10 cents in bulk? Then, they started charging extra for every protein on top of the base price of the bowl (which is already high). Last month, Salmon and Tuna were an extra .70 I believe and that’s up from the amount it was a couple of months ago. Just logged in to order today and they’re .90. So on top of the bowl price for the required 3 proteins, it’s an extra $2.70. I used to go 2x a week and then scaled back to 1x every couple of weeks. Now, I don’t know when I’ll go.A “regular” bowl comes out to over $15. I can eat at a “full service” chain restaurant for cheaper. I guess next month each protein will be an additional $1 if not more.Don’t lose sight of the fact that you’re “fast casual” dining and other sushi places are significantly cheaper.

The food was really good. A bit spicy but I'm ok with it.My only problem was that is not pet friendly. I believe that now is an important thing that restaurants should have.
