Great place! I love steak n shake chains, mh family goes there so much and i was raised going there for celebrations! I love their food and decor! The old timey shake shop feeling is just great, i love the order at the counter screen but.. i have to say, i’ve been to alot of steak n shakes and this one.. was not the greatest, the floors were.. SO sticky, we all went home with sticky shoes and had to clean them, the food was great except the onion rings, though this might be an opinion thing!! Just the whole table tried them and they were a little soggy or just unflavored completely, very flavorless. And the table was sticky and messy, the workers were laughing and talking while we were cleaning our table.. the table i’m sure they are hired to clean, they continued their conversation while i waited to just ask for a ketchup packet. The girl waited till their joke was over then helped me. still great burgers though of course, props to cooks!
Had a great, inexpensive meal. Burgers are delicious and actually look like the pictures. Kieth is a great chef. Will definitely be back. Thanks Kieth.
Been to this Steak 'n Shake many times throughout my life and the food and service is always on point. Recebtly went to a Steak 'n Shake near where I live now in Atlanta Georgia and it was the opposite experience. Made me think back to this location and how well its ran.
Fast services and delicious sandwiches. The milkshakes are too sweet for me.
What's the point of having curbside pickup when they pick up and hang up the phone. Was thinking maybe they were busy. I go inside and nope totally dead. Everyone just standing around. The man working the counter though was very nice
Never eaten here before, but definitely will not be the last time. If they had them in southern California I would be a regular. Food - delicious for a fast food chain.Super clean and nice service. ?
Always good food. I don't care for the new ordering though. Waiters/waitress are far better.

Best fries in my opinion. Tasty food overall, listened to the order well and asked important questions. Even got the request of no ice correct which many fast food chains don't. I wish there was one closer to me in the lake Nona area. Closest thing I've had to a In n' Out in the south east
Nice food and atmosphere, it has been much faster service compared when servers were taking orders and bringing food to the table... I was here for dine-in and didn't appreciate being served in to-go containers including a Styrofoam cup for the milkshake... The mouth of the garbage receptacle is very narrow and impossible to just slide the trash out of the tray, I ended up leaving my dirty tray with garbage on top of the shelf designated for the trays.
