Hate to give a low review but these guys underdeliver on a consistent basis. Frequently 10-15 mins late on the ETA of mobile orders.
This place has the worst inventory it’s literally always sold out of oat milk every single day. Majority of the people in this area drink oat milk why isn’t there always a full supply of it.

Depending on what day I go, the service can be good but most days the manager on staff has the worst time management skills and order of operation. I used to go here often but now I'm more than willing to drive a little further to a different location. There is a common thread on the bad days and it's the same shift manager. The staff seems to be lost when she's on staff. The days she's not around my order goes smoothly and there's not half a dozen customers waiting for some drinks
Staff was nice and friendly. Only complaint is that my matcha latte was only filled half way and it cost $5 soo..that was bummy
Very fast and efficient staff. Well cleaned and organized. Pre order your drink and just pick it up.
This is my second time going so the breakfast was good & the servers are very nice!?? ?
PRO TIP- order online 15-20 min ahead of arrival or order inside to get your items right away. *if you don’t see your drink during mobile order, go up and check with the barista at the end. Sometimes they don’t have time to run the drinks and they will sit for a few minutes even though they are ready.*The mobile ordering here is not as quick as the other locations I’ve been to but it does match the time frame given.
It takes too long to get your order if you walk in. All of the baristas are busy working on mobile orders for people who are not here and don’t look up to see that there is a line of customers ready to order
Despite the fact that this starbucks is way out of the way for me, this location my go to. My drinks have been made perfectly every time and the staff is so genuinely nice! I so wish there was a drive through, though
