Met the nicest lady in the drive through. She was so warm and welcoming and started a great conversation with me. Wish I had gotten her name but she had the most beautiful braids. Id be so happy to get my coffee from her every morning give her a raise!
I have been to this Starbucks 2x. There are always 4-5 people working there and may be 1-3 people in the store. I know they usually have folks in the drive in as well. Both times I have been in there, everyone is running around like a chicken with its head cut off and all they ever say is " I will be right with you" about 3x before they help you out. They have no menu to look at. They tell me the food in the case is what they have. No substitutions, for ex, you can't take sausage off of something if you do not like sausage, but like all the other ingredients on the chosen sandwich. I would not go there again. They are so disorganized and not into customer service at all.
I went through the drive through and the Team Member was very polite talking to me about my order. Unfortunately, this particular visit they did not have Oat Milk, but that wasn't a problem. My drink tasted great.
Completely disappointed at the service for this location. Where do I start, the drive-thru line is the slowest I've experienced. It was similar to the wait time at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru. I never change how I order my drinks, and I was specifically told by Jupiter, that my substitutions could not be done "at this location". So I said, what do you mean? Then Jupiter reiterate, "you may have gotten it at another location but we don't do that here". I will NEVER come to this location and I advise if you have a drink with substitutions in it..DO NOT come to this location!
For 2 weeks now I stop bye and ask for spinach egg wraps with feta cheese they don't have they keep saying the warehouse can't get them. Really wear are they coming from.???
Nothing wrong with the coffee or food. However, drive thru staff will actively speak horribly about customers with an open drive thru window and within earshot of you. Very immature.
My go to coffee shop great service whether dining in or takeout awesome coffee items and also breakfast and lunch iems
Usually the breakfast at Starbucks feels like a hockey puck and doesn't taste like much. But not here, this was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. It tasted like a fresh from the over breakfast. Thank you
The Uber orders was flying in and the lobby and drive thru was a mess. Lines super long and my customer on UberEATS waited over two hours for one drink and a treat. Shame shame, Starbucks should def step up their game with cafe orders, Uber, mobile and drive thru. Had alot of unhappy guests today. Toaga I think was her name she shined out of ALL n made sure she helped the best way she could.
This particular Starbucks has a longer wait than the other ones i go to for some reason. But they always get my order right and they are super friendly. The person who takes my order no, matter who it is, they always brighten my day. It may just be a simple" pull up to the window, love" but that matters to me. Customer service isn't what it used used be but these workers are ALWAYS nice and polite. I appreciate things like that ❤
