The stars don't represent the food nor the guest service quality, they reflect the obvious staffing issues. Though the food and drinks were good, I could tell the staff in the morning was both understaffed and stressed. I used to work in a similar field and these kinds of things are easy to see. I left a decent tip for the great service they tried to provide, I just hope that down the line they get the proper staffing they need. This wasn't the first time I've noticed it at this location. Either way, great job to the baristas. Hopefully you guys can be staffed correctly in the future.

The baristas are nice enough, but it's strange -- almost every other Starbucks I go to seems to have twice as many people behind the bar despite being much less busy. There's always an insane line in the drive-thru; I once spent almost 40 minutes waiting in line. I tend to avoid this one when I can, but I feel bad, because I don't think it's the fault of the employees. It seems like they could make things go a lot faster if there were more people on the clock at any given time, so they don't have to run around doing seventeen things all at once.

Drive thru worker was very kind, everything was made to order, and we were on our way quickly.

Slow service. My brew (nothing special - just a cup of coffee) tasted bitter. Place needed to be cleaned up a bit too. Staff nice enough, but..... Foxtail is right across the street. My opinion is that the coffee is much better there - and why support a big conglomerate like Starbucks when you can support a homemade USA/Florida-based company? Give them a try!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks everyday since I moved here in 2020. I now live 20 miles out and still make the daily morning drive. Daniela and Sierra are the sweetest people I’ve ever met and they always go above and beyond to make sure I have a great morning. They are kind and always ask everyone how they are and how they can help improve their day. This is the only Starbucks I will go to and it’s 100% because of the staff.

This Starbucks location has usually been my go-to but I find the new webcam feature at the drive-thru to be uncomfortable and invasive. Although the effort to be more personable is appreciated, the cameras don’t necessarily give off the same impression and I believe this feature should be optional. I can’t imagine that the employees are always comfortable on camera either. They work hard and are always kind and I don’t think interactions should feel more forced because someone is watching.

The bacon egg sandwich was so good. I wanted another one immediately ?

i love this Starbucks but i just ordered a vanilla bean frappe and they literally gave me half milk and on the top was shaved ice ?? half done project i swear

Every single time I go to this location, the line is always extremely long and moves at a painstakingly slow pace. Because of this, I decided to place a mobile order this time and surprisingly made it to the drive thru quicker than expected. After telling the girl at the speaker that there was no rush since they were now starting my order, another person interrupted as I was about to drive up to the window. A male voice rudely explained to me that I should have waited 5 more minutes before coming to the store. I have never been talked down to nor treated so poorly in this way at any Starbucks before. There were no other cars in the driveway and I had already told the girl that it was not a problem for me. Every other time I’ve been there, the line was ridiculously long, which I’m sure they know. I was left confused at his outburst, since picking up my mobile order would have been the same thing as placing my order at the window. I am honestly still shocked at how whoever that man was felt the need to cut off the girl on the speaker to mansplain to me how an app works. I do not appreciate being spoken to like I am stupid. Manager or not, that was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. And of course they were out of oat milk.

No one has any sense of urgency here. Especially in the morning when people are rushing to get to work. All the workers this morning are moving at a snails pace.
