Listen, slow down, read your tickets and make the dang drink correctly! I used to come here daily, now I don't come at all... The few times I do come, my drink is wrong. The amount of times my drink is made incorrectly is crazy, and by reading the reviews I'm not the only one.People will wait for their food and drink, we know you're busy. But what we hate more than anything is waiting and then getting a wrong drink. It's a total loss of time, money, energy, and all for a drink I don't want.If all you do is make coffee, and you can't even do that, it's time to close your doors.
I give it a 3 and a half it’s your typical Starbucks but extra busy usually long wait times and lines. Hard to find clean tables and not unusual for them to get orders wrong. Nothing wrong with the staff or place just way too busy for them to keep up.
Not bad in terms of ordering and speed (given how busy they get), but they NEED to implement "Pickup Only" parking spaces!!! I place my order ahead for a reason, and I've looped the area several times with nowhere to park, and I get stuck waiting in the drive-thru for my order. The ABC Winery next door has way too many reserved spots (though I know that's not your fault), you guys need some of your own. It's not fair to us who try and make things faster and more convenient through the app to get screwed over.
This used to be my favorite Starbucks , drinks were always perfect but now I’ve had back to back orders that are completely wrong. They’re not reading the orders correctly and putting the wrong things on the wrong drink. Never coming back. I’m literally having to go home and put creamer on my coffee because they’re not adding the correct amount.
I understand that Starbucks everywhere is busy. and must take orders at the same time when making coffee But I don't like why they have to behave badly towards customers. When a customer tries to order a drink, I order a chocolate shake. But try to recommend a drink that contains coffee. but i just want Chocolate Shake No Whipped Cream but she gave it to When I told him I couldn't eat the whipped cream, she scooped it up. But inside there is also whipped cream. but did it wrong My husband ordered a large drink. But the staff said that there is only medium size. We were told that we usually only order large glasses. But the employee was not satisfied, but turned to speak to another employee. which I am still there If you don't want to do service, you shouldn't be doing this. We love going to Starbucks wherever we go. The drinks are well served. But everywhere I go, there are bad staff at the service. should be greatly improved whether old or young should improve and listen properly before making a drink Don't make a mistake, throw it in the trash.
Worst Starbucks in the area. Not the first time but it is the last time I'll stop in. 25min and no order completed. This store has a history of being totally incompetent.
I went through the drive thru at this location to get a medicine ball. When I asked the drive thru attendant if there were any tea bags available for purchase she was very apologetic in telling me there were not- and instead got me an extra dry tea bag to bring home. I believe her name was Crista. Her costumer service and problem solving skills are amazing and I hope she gets recognized for representing the company well! I’ll be back to this location for sure because of my experience.
In terms of ambiance and quality, there is no difference from other stores. I always feel like it’s too expensive for a coffee at Starbucks, but it is what we call as brand value and marketing.Talking about this specific location, over all it’s okay except for handling confusion and very slow order turn around during some occasions.One time I had to eat for 25 mins only to cancel my order and leave.I guess it’s the result of the busy hour of 8:30 AM but I presume Starbucks major business happens during morning and evening hours. I expect the company knows about this and should have taken measures to mitigate congestion during peak hours.I would go back to this place in spite of the wait time.
Thesla provided me with amazing customer service! I had place an Uber eats order and forgot to add something, she went out of her way at the busiest time of the day to ensure my order was perfect! Thank you!
Pretty bad. Totally unable to handle the place. Orders being split up, with random pieces of orders coming up 10 minutes apart. Waiting 30 minutes for a coffee is pretty unacceptable with a crowd that small. If you see a line at all, go elsewhere
