Went at 1:50PM to get a cup of Decaf coffee and the attendant told me I need to purchase an americano decaf if I want a decaf. I was going to pay with my starts and only had 60. She refused to do it. I’ve asked her what is the Reason for not having decaf coffee and she just said because we have decaf espresso only. There were decaf beans packets for sell, so she could of brew that is she really didn’t want to give me an americano for my 59 stars. Very disappointed and won’t come back to this Starbucks or for a decaf at any Starbucks if that’s the game they want to play.
On vacation and this is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I've visited many. They do not, and I repeat, DO NOT know how to make a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappaccino. It was watery, lacked caramel and missed the CRUNCH. What were they thinking? Who was the barista behind this lackluster drink that tasted more like a kid's slushy from an ice cream truck rather than a tasteful blend of flavors Starbucks is known for. Where is Management? Can you hear me? Somebody, please check on this business to see why they're giving Starbucks a bad name.
The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Not only did they completely mess up the drink, they charged for every single item that goes into the drink itself. Price went from a $5.95 to over $10. They completely forgot my other drink and additional food items. The entire staff was extremely rude and didn't even bother apologizing.
This establishment might use some work on how to properly prepare drink orders. I placed an order for three drinks. The first two drinks took 5-7 minutes to prepare, while my third took 25 minutes. They need a better system in place to manage the drive-through and inside orders more efficiently and cohesively.
It’s so bad I would give you a zero but that’s impossible so I’ll give you a 1 . I bright my OWN venti cup and I still got charged for a PLASTIC cup that I didn’t even get cause again I had my own cup. I informed them about my OWN cup and they still had the audacity to over charge me and still take my money. Be careful they like to take your money ?
Absolutely freckles branch.They give you orders after 25 min on a weekend. And during the weekday when you are especially in a rush they close the lobby “due to understaffing” and you can’t pick up your online order there and have to stand in a huge line of drive through cars to do so.
The Starbucks on International and Central Florida Parkway was amazing! Once at the window the lovely barista informed us they were out of cold brew but they were willing to make a new drink without charging. They were super nice. Thank you ladies and keep up the smiles!!
Very disappointed in Starbucks. This place is not clean at all. Floor is dirty. Every single table is dirty! I don’t even want to sit in here. I’m a Starbucks fan and this is one I’ll never visit again!
My go to place to get my favorite coffee. A caramel macchiato along with the warmed cheese danish or the banana bread. Both are delicious!!! I also like the impossible breakfast sandwich which is big enough to share. The app is great and easy to use as well.
Food and drinks are good, but beware the drive-thru trap. There's not an easy way to get out of line once you're in thanks to the landscaped median. If the line moves slow you have no choice but to wait it out.
