Usually we have a good experience here but today not so much. Cashier was a bit rude and the drink was made incorrectly. My husband ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso which has always came out perfectly there. Today it had no sugar or cinnamon. Very disappointed.
I wouldnt be reviewing if this wasnt a CONSTANT issue. This location always has my drink but NEVER has my grilled cheese. If you're running out of a popular item before 12pm every day how about you double the inventory. So that you don't lose that money ? I know I'm not the only one coming for lunch and asking for it. Once I came at 11 and they ran out lol like how does that happen so fast. 3 stars only because your employees are nice but if I get offered another nasty tomato basil sandwich I'm going to lose it. That is not a sub people just say sorry and let me be on my way ?
When they have my drink available, they are good. Service, especially drive through, is very slow. Ok place if you're not in a hurry.
They need to hire more staff. I'm always waiting in a long line but overall staff is always friendly and my drinks always come out good.

I typically don’t write reviews, but this is the worse Starbucks. I come to this specific location because it’s down the street from me. Every single time I have ordered from this specific location. I’m disappointed. I’m always given someone else’s order before I can realize. Will not be coming back. Make sure they give you the right order when you leave. I guess they don’t know how to read properly.
This is a remake of my original drink which was white due to the obsence amount of heavy creamer. They didn't even care to stir it up. No manager was available and rude staff.
If i pay for almond milk, i expect almond milk to be in my drink. The lack of care I've experienced from this location blows my mind - constantly getting whole milk. Really don't ever take consideration into how sick people can get from dairy and how much it can ruin some ones day. Needs to be addressed ASAP.
Always friendly staff here, never have any real complaints about the place. I see a lot of reviews about wrong drink orders - it may be because I always order online for pick-up so that there's no miscommunication with drink modifications or someone messing up entering the info for the label.
Service is always fast and the staff is always friendly. Best Starbucks in Orlando imo
