Ok I am baffeled! My experience today made ask myself why am I paying $ 6 -7 for a drink when the asian barista/drive throu rep expressed being upset for me asking for my drink after paying for it. He completely disregarded that I was at the window still continue to take orders and did not hand me my last drink that was right behind him nor told me to please wait for my drink to be made. I tried to get his attention ( He expressed hey I am taking care of other customer Hey you talking to another co worker “give her her drink “ ) This location needs to seriously pull their staff in to retrain them on customer service. Why should I be ignored! I stayed quite took my drink that had none of the flavor syrups I asked for and left.Why? was I treated so bad?No one that is paying for anything deserves to be ignored and embarrased
Stopped by with coworkers while waiting to check into our condo and it was a great experience. Very quick, great employees and perfect coffee.
Stopped in for a quick beverage. Wasn’t busy inside but drive through was fairly busy. Friendly staff. They took our order and after a few minutes we were on our way.
Worst service ever!I come here every day, every day I order same thing.Today I did not receive my proper order, waited for 15 mins in drive through after I order, and my coffee came up without cream.
Line was long but which star bucks drive thru ever isn't. Drinks were good and so were cake pops. The drive thru cashier was also very nice.
This Starbucks location has improved a lot over the past couple of years. As someone who mobile orders frequently, it makes a huge difference when they have a dedicated person at the counter that handles the orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order it is helpful that there is someone you can talk to instead of bothering a barista who is focusing on making the drinks. The parking still sucks but that’s not their fault and is not taken into consideration for this review. I mention this because I just want to reiterate that another Starbucks is desperately needed in Lake Nona.

Absolutely ridiculous. No raspberry syrup, no non fat milk… and also literally a 32 minute wait to get a frap.As soon as there is a mobile order or a drive thru order, it pushes back anyone who ordered in store which is not right.Talked to the person in charge, Priscilla and she did not give a single care about anything at all. Terrible customer service when you’re paying $10 for 2 drinks.You can tell it’s by the airport and they don’t care at all about repeat customers.
This location has barely any parking and it's not very convenient for either drive thru or pickup. Order ahead is a joke. Don't bother unless you like your drink watered down or your hot coffee cold by the time you pick it up. They say they don't make it ahead but you be the judge.
I won’t be returning to this location that’s for sure! Every time I come I pay extra for soy milk yet I get 2%. I tell them make sure you actually read the label it’s not something to mess with. Sad to say another drink I cannot finish after paying $7.19 because they don’t read the labels! People pay extra for a reason don’t be lazy baristas!!!
