Perfectly prepared and ready on time as promised. No wait time. Frappuccino and banana nut bread. Delicious banana bread. Moist and so fresh. Frappuccino was not watery indicating sitting too long. It was perfectly prepared and tasted awesome.One note...we parked in rear parking lot. There was no sidewalk to safely get to door. Just awkward as we had never been there and didn't know where door was.Does have drive thru but I ordered on app ahead and I always go in, as apposed to sitting in line at drive thru. However, in this particular case, there was nobody in the drive thru so that may have been the better choice at this location.

Wonderful staff that always greet you with a hello and welcome. One particularly one this morning she had very beautiful curly hair above her shoulders wish we would have caught her name she was such a sweetheart and informative. Was very happy with our service this morning.Very cozy Cafe with a drive thru, excellent drinks and food. The staff are mindful of the shortages and have no problem suggesting an alternative. 10/10 service. I had Dragon drink with coconut milk, the Sir had his Vente Coffee and we also ordered two grilled cheese everything was on point.

No excuse for drive thru and mobile order only.. if you are short staffed then get a better hiring manager. Even with mobile order the orders aren’t ready until 10 - 20 mins after the projected time. I will be taking my business down Sand Lake to the Dr Phillips location, which never has these issues.

We use this outlet regularly when visiting from Newcastle, England & usually have no problems. However yesterday we turned up & found it was drive through, we walk there, or order ahead only, you can’t order ahead with the U.K. app here. After explaining this we were allowed in to buy over the counter so all good. No idea why they do this & it’s on all weekend with no explanation as to why.

Maybe they have a logical reason as to why it’s drive thru and mobile pick up only (possibly short staffed? But if it’s due to “Covid” still then that’s an illogical reason.) but they blocked off the chairs and couches for those of us waiting inside for mobile order. One other customer did start sitting on the couch while waiting for her order but immediately a worker yelled at her to get off! Like, why?!

Unfortunately the blond roast machine was broken, but didn’t had any other problem. Staffs were okay and service were good.

The parking lot is a chaotic mess because of the drive thru line extending into the street. My americano was cold … how can an americano be cold with hot that water comes out?I had to get out of the car and approached the door and of course in typical liberal Starbucks fashion the door was locked and it was drive thru only. I knocked. The employees just looked at me for a few moments as if no one had ever knocked on a door before and they didn’t know what to do. I pointed to drink to get their brains engaged and finally a double masked girl opened and I told her what was wrong. They fixed it.However, Starbucks has turned into a dumpster fire since covid started and ended. They’re still either telling their store or allowing their stores to open and close the cafes on a whim. End the madness. Every other shop and restaurant has seating inside and out. Bring back good customer service.

Quick, easy and accurate order. Ordered inside and we enjoyed our coffee at the seating outside. No complaints for this location

Horrible customer service. This starbucks is located in a very nice area but service here is not upto standards. Actually I've never had bad experience or unpleasant encounter at any other starbucks. Baristas are rude. One of them made me wait when I asked for sugar for 15min. Then when I asked another one for sugar he gave me attitude and asked with sarcasm if i needed anything else. He wasn't even aplologetic when I called him out on bad customer service. I would probably be miserable too if i was in my 30's and worked at starbucks but would not take it on people. There was no need to be this rude especially when they don't have condiments available and you have to ask them for it and wait longer then 15 min. Maybe management of this location shoild go over these reviews and trainn thrse employees a little kore. There are constant bad reviews about the same issues.

Really disappointed by the service here. I had visited every morning for coffee while staying in Orlando. Walked in on a Fri and they said online or drive through only. My Starbucks app was not working to find the location and they would not help.
