Being located at one of the premium spots at Universal, Orlando they don’t allow Starbucks rewards points to be used for buying any of the merchandise! I had close to 1000 points, even then I had to pay out of pocket for Been there series cups which was disappointing!
Thank you Jude and Libby for your wonderful hospitality! Went through drive thru Jude took my order over the intercom with a very polite tone. Went to the first window and Libby’s beautiful personality greeted me with such a warm welcome! I appreciate the high energy I received from those Two! Keep that energy in everything you guys put forward!! My order was perfect!
Excellent coffee great staff the only thing they need to improve is the lines
Omg! Worst Starbucks ever. Ordered frappacino and paid to be told 30min later at pick up desk that they don't have any .We ordered other drinks and pointed out they were cheaper only to be met with a shrug.Service is awful .30mun for coffee is ridiculous and paper all over the floor . Sanitiser empty . Don't waste your time . We debated just leaving after ordering as it took so long .
2 staff members with over 70 customers waiting. People have spent hundreds to get here. Dont appreciate a 1 hour wait for an overpriced hot chocolate. Save your time people.
Order was quick but pick up was extra long there were a ton of people waiting … also there was an extr 99 cent added into our receipt of the same order .. not sure why … cashier didn’t give the receipt until we ask for it… they need a couple more staff to help out
If the staff chats more than they work, I think the queue goes to the street. ridiculous

This Starbucks certainly prepares you for long waits at Universal Studio Park rides. The difference is there were no lines inside the Starbucks, however it took about 15 minutes for 8 baristas to make 2 simple coffees. It is the slowest Starbucks we have ever been to. Do not recommend.
Had a party of six so I went in to spend money at the Starbucks. Each one of us got a drink. What’s all that we can get a water at the pick up. However they refuse to give any of us a water after we spent over $50 in the store. Will not be returning. Also Customer Service from the check out to the pick up was awful.
