Three issues with all Starbucks, regardless of its location, 1. Service is extremely slow, 2. No Equal substitute, 3. Always check or double check your to go bag, because there's a good chance, something is missing or you didn't get what you actually ordered. And what's with the No Ham sandwich problems at Starbucks, it's as if they are trying to be "Politically Correct" and worried about offending someone? We've started making two stops, one for coffee at Starbucks (bringing our own Equal) and then stopping at Dunkin's for breakfast sandwiches.
Ordered 4 beverages on a busy Sunday morning. The iced beverage was prepared 8 minutes before all the hot beverages. One of the grande lattes was only 2/3 full; the other 3/4 full. A very disappointing experience. I am a SB regular in many locations in the US. This was embarrassing to deliver to my foreign visitors
Came into get a mocha Frappuccino and they said they were out of mocha. I asked if they would recommend me anything else that I might like and they suggested substituting white mocha, and that was delicious. I'll probably be getting that for now on actually. It took them a while to make my one turkey bacon and egg white sandwich. Probably close to 15min. Then when it was ready, they called out my name and another guests name and handed us our food at the same time and luckily the other guy checked his food because they put his sandwich in my bag and my sandwich in his bag. The employees were nice. The only reason I'm not rating this Starbucks 5 stars is because of the long wait for my sandwich and them giving me the wrong sandwich that luckily the other guest caught before I left.
I just love Starbucks....I love ordering the Americano with Ristretto shots and steamed half N half creamer.....it just relaxes me after a rough day at work!!
Can I just say that my drink taste the same Everytime I go. Consistency is key for me. Love it.
I stop by this Starbucks frequently since it’s on my way to work. The staff is very friendly but the drinks are inconsistent. I always get the same drink every time and I never know if it’s going to taste how it’s suppose to be.
This Starbucks is always packed but the service is always 100%! Tried something new and loved it. The Almond Milk Sugar Cookie Latte! Highly recommend for the holiday season!
Customer service here sucks I ask for paper bag and the barista lady give me a used dirty bag and said it’s only one we have. Okay I’ve been to Starbucks before and I know that you guys have paper bag in the back you just don’t want to get it because you are lazy. Also you almost forgot my sugar plum cheese danish if I didn’t remind you of that you will not going to give it to me. I give this Starbucks a 1 star
Didn't have any chocolate for 3 days in a row for mocha's and up charged me on a tall white latte on the price of a grande.
Always a treat. Super clean.
