Since the new supervisor arrived, this location changed for the better. She is so kind and friendly, her name is Kiara. She is always welcoming and gets my coffee the way I like it. The coffee tastes grate, always on time and I love the little messages they write on the cups! Also the staff Lauren, Brad, Bianca, Fin, and Katy, are as professional and as good as Kiara! Keep up the outstanding job, it is great to enjoy your coffee with a smile!
This Starbucks is packed, which is great for business but even when I order ahead before I leave the house my coffee still won’t be ready for pickup by the time I get there. Have waited for a long time on multiple occasions. That being said everyone has been friendly and It is a clean store.
This location has gotten worse and worse. Im in the drive thru as I type, it’s 12:32pm and I pulled in at 12:00. I ordered my drink through the app. There were 6 cars ahead of me. I finally got my drink and it’s watered down from sitting for so long.
After waiting in line for over 30 mins you still managed to get my drink wrong. Already making me late I was unable to go back to have it corrected ):Why is it taking this long? I don’t understand your system as there are always like 4 different people working on different things. One person on one order to avoid confusion..thanks.
I live really close to this Starbucks but I drive to the Starbucks in Waterford Lakes when I want my orders done right. The only thing this one can do right is give me a cup of water.
Our techs at Third eye vision- low voltage and cabling and security cameras in Orlando,fl use this location and we are very satisfied with service.
Just had a Mocha Frappuccino Blended alongside a Vanilla Bean Crème and let me tell you it was perfect and on point.To be specific, it was an online order made through their app and the order came put as specified.Starbucks really never disappoints me. Recommended!(Ps: also the place looked really good from the outside even though I did not come in)

I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened. Prior to the pandemic this Starbucks would receive five stars from me. I went so often the manager knew my name. I am usually not one to leave a poor review but the quality of this Starbucks has gotten worse and worse. On a Saturday at noon I went thru the drive thru. There were five cars in front of me and I waited for 35 minutes. I totally understand it gets busy but what annoyed me the most was that I waited 12 minutes at the window after paying for the ladies to make two cold brews. The girl at the window stood there not making any drinks or raking orders. The girl making my drinks was talking on the headset (assuming to the people in the back) and constantly running around leaving my drinks partially made. The girl at the window reminded her three times to make my two cold brews. All the girl at the window could say is, "we are busy with mobile orders and cafe orders."
