The best coffee ? you guys are the best.
Love this Starbucks experience. I haven't been to Orlando in over 3 years and I went to see my family to have a nice coffee clatch and it was so great to sit in this Starbucks. The ambiance was super (like most Starbucks), friendly workers who know how to make great drinks and in a great location near my family. I ended up having brunch coffee, vegan dish, spinach feta sandwich, kiwi lemonade and hot chai latte and more. Needless to say we spent about 3 hours in there and I don't mind spending tons of money on expensive beverages and snacks if I am having a great time with my family that I haven't seen in so long due to COVID and our busy lives. The management here is doing a great job as the place was tidy and the staff is trained very well. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a Starbucks off the beaten path in a busy area. Will definitely go again to this Starbucks when I head over to good oldO-Town, the city where I was raised and my old stomping ground.
Some older tall blonde lady seems like she don't wanna work there. Always got something to say to customers. Not rude but far from polite. Nasty angry atmosphere when she works. Besides that the whole staff are rockstars
I pre-ordered my drink to just pick up at pick up counter because I was in a Hurry, they decided they were not going to open up the lobby and made me get in the Huge drive through lane that took 35 min. There was I reason why I ordered online and not got in the drive through. Worst experience ever
Absolute horrible customer service. I’ve been ordering my same drink for a over a decade and the barista as well as the on shift manager argued with me on how I’m supposed to order my drink and then repeatedly made my beverage incorrectly. I ordered 3 shots on ice with a splash of Oat milk and both times made me an iced latte. They insisted that they ring me up BY STANDARD for a drink I wasn’t trying to order and then failed to even make the drink they charged me for correctly. Not to mention this supposed 3 shot drink, was as white as milk. Didn’t even look like one full shot was in there. This used to be a lovely little place to do some work or meet a friend. But, they continue to have policies in place that don't permit the use of seating and thus they have killed this shop. There are other coffee shops in the area that are better at this point.
Every time I come here they’re out of either mocha or the double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwhich.You wait 20 mins in line usually, just to be told at the speaker, that you’re out of it. Do better Starbucks. Y’all charge way too much too be disappointing customers like this.
The apple crisp machiato here is used to be good, but now is terrible. I wish they have 0 star, so i can give to this location. I will NEVER return to this place again.
I like Starbucks, they have plenty of drink options, it's a bit comical when you order just a plain coffee though. I personally would never drive thru everyday but only because of cost, although plenty of people sure do.
