Very friendly location. They made my drink perfect.
I'm quite disappointed with my most recent service experience at this location. I placed a mobile order on Friday 6/3 and Saturday 6/4 both days I ordered mocha drizzle and was charged for it but never got it. Since I was already at work I had a coworker go pick it up before their shift. I did try calling several times on both days and no one picked up the phone. Yesterday 6/7 I placed another mobile order and went to pick it up. I explained to a staff member what happened the previous times and even showed her a picture of both my coffees with no mocha drizzle, she replied with a short sorry about that and another staff member with oh we have a few new people working maybe that's why... She never offered if I'd like to speak to a manger or a gift card with a credit for the same amount or anything really... I've worked in customer service for well over 15 years and I'm very disappointed with my experience and the way this was handled. I guess here you really don't get what you pay for. I'm not a person to really leave bad reviews but since it's the Starbucks closest to my job I go there at least twice a week and for them to just give me a short sorry and nothing more after I've spent quite a bit of money there really left a bad taste in my mouth.
I've been coming to this Starbucks ever since I moved to this area 11 years ago. This has been my workplace, my office, my go to place to read, study, or simply just enjoy a good coffee.I've seen many staff members come and go, and this particular location has managed to always have great people, personable and with great attitudes. However, the current team of "very young" people are doing an amazing job! WowI come in almost every morning before I head to work and watching these group of amazing individuals work non-stop, like a well-oiled-machine, always with a smile and great attitude, consistently day and day out is to admire.Love the energy of this group ?
Coffee was cold, but they made a fresh pot with no hesitation.
Convenient, cozy place. From other establishments that I’ve visited, this place is by far the best.
Love this location, lines are usually not very long, the baristas are very friendly and quick to make your drink. Love Starbucks lattes!

Not even worth coming here. I understand that their is a food transport shortage but why keep displaying the “food” as if available just so the employee can tell you “nope not available “. I consider that misleading ads and should be reported. I told them this and they didn’t care.
I just want to say that the crew was working the morning of 22 December is the best crew ever. After purchasing my favorite chestnut praline coffee before I had a chance to even drink it , while turning out of the parking lot was a ditch and I ended up losing my coffee out of my cup holder and onto my floorboard. I was absolutely bummed. I had every intention to go in here and buy another cup of coffee. The ladies at the store were amazing not only did they remake my coffee but by giving me everything I needed to be able to try to clean up the mess that it happened. They knew that the milk would probably have my car smelling in the Florida weather. I am visiting from out of town. All I can say is that these ladies in here not only made my day with their help. But I believe if the world had more people like them in it it would be a lot better place. Thank you to the morning crew at Starbucks!!!
