Love the club. Not happy that the show stage has not been open. Now they shove everyone on the dance floor.Hard to enjoy drag shows now.
Horrible experience! We got our phone stolen (pickpocket), very unhelpful and rude staff, when we try to ask for it.Reading previous reviews, seems like there’s a lot of phones stolen in this place. Makes the business appear like they are in on the pickpocketing.Definitely not coming back.
Terrible! I've been pickpocket in that place, someone opened my shoulder bag, took the phone and turned it off to no be able to find it. I asked for a bunch employees if someone found it and all I had it was a "No" and "Pickpocket has happened before here" as an answer with no effort to helping me finding it.
Finding parking is a mess, the line wrapped around the parking lot and it was a $10 cover to get in . Security was okay and bartenders were nice. The ambience was pretty full I most say and the music was not bad. To watch a drag show you had to squeeze through to get in the room because there was so many people. Just don’t expect to meet people if you go alone seems like the crowd is mostly clicky and have their own gang of friends… other than that 3/5 .
Just got thrown out by the bouncer at the entrance of district cove because it was 21+ and my friends and I left as soon as we noticed. He stopped us AS WE WERE LEAVING and PHYSICALLY (basically violently) threw us out as him and his “girls” were threatening to get physically violent with us, as in literally punch us.I will be pursuing further legal action towards the bouncer for getting unreasonably violent and the club for allowing a minority to be oppressed.I’ll be adding the selling of alcohol to minors as I literally saw countless young ladies with Xs on their hands consuming. Also witnessed the consumption and got OFFERED cocaine at the bathroom stall.I apologize for contributing to this violent establishment, it may be the only gay bar in Orlando, but it is NOT worth getting violently harassed by the own bar. Just a note to people wondering about the environment of the place.
Music, music, music! Though it was the coldest damn Saturday night of the year, and there was a long line up, staff moved us along quite well. Could have sworn the adverts said no cover but no problem, the DJ slayed ~ great tracks and mixes, drinks were on point, $10 is not a lot, and remember to tip the staff. Lots of space inside, multiple bars with a good sized dance floor. Drag show was pretty standard and the themes for various nights of the week looked dope. Look, it's not the slickest place on earth but Orlando ain't Dubai so if you want to dance and be around LGBTQ peeps, you should be happy ~ I've been in the clubbing business for 25 years and danced my heels off. Thanks SN!
Club and staff were fun and great, but not worth the risk, expense and inconvenience of having your phone stolen. Which every employee mentioned was a trending occurrence only after reporting my iPhone was stolen from my front pocket. Even with all their “security” guards planted everywhere.
So, after paying $10 for parking to get in the door you get to walk down what looks like an abandoned back entrance to pay another $10 to get in the door. I was greeted by a security/door personnel who were very rude to me. The place isn’t taken care of very well at all. The club was packed with no concern for fire safety or the fact that that we are still in a pandemic. The owner is raking in money off of the backs of the gay community while the employees, bartenders, dancers and drag queens get paid minimum. Finally, if you look at their Facebook there is absolutely zero fundraising going on which is not in correspondence with what the LGBT community does. Before stuck up security/the door personnel treat patrons so badly you need to make Sure that you follow proper sanitation guidelines and your floors aren’t wet.I read you and I wrote you,Yours Truly,@TheRealShadyPines!
My iPhone was stolen (pickpocketed) here. The staff was unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist. Some staff advised no phones were turned in while one of the bartenders did have phones. Another person got their phone stolen the same night as well. I filed a police report accordingly and provided the serial and IMEI number.I felt as though the staff here were dismissive over mine and others concerns. I also called several times and no one answers during, before, or after operating hours. Makes the business appear like they are in on the pickpocketing. After reading further reviews it appears phone theft is a thing at this establishment. I will not be returning.
Amazing Great staff love it
