Went to this restaurant with my friend because he is a huge fan of Dragon Ball Z. A wonderful place with Soupa Ambience and there's nothing you can Saiyan after having their food.Bucket list if you're ever in Orlando and you're a Dragon Ball Z fan!Kudos to the staff and the store designer for putting so much effort ?
The food was amazing and the customer service was phenomenal. There was a wait but I understand why and it was well worth it. I will absolutely be coming back.
Well we got the firecracker bowl... Hot as hell! But good! This is the second time I have been there and I will return! Just be careful as it can set you on fire at times! Lol
ELEVATEDThe best is the customer service. The server was very attentive at explaining how the system works, bringing the food. Explaining that the hot meal ordered was truly spicy (and it really was! - it was to the point of no flavor - just painfully spicy)Also the food was ready super quick!Presentation looks great also.We did not liked the kiosk to order. Very weak system. It makes it take really long. So the time you “gain” when they make the food quick, it goes and even more trying to order with those screens (only 2 available)Then keep in mind that there’s not much seating. The feel and the restaurant feels just a little bit like really good fast food - for that reason I think the prices are a bit high.Overall the food tasted good and we enjoyed our dinner.
I’ve been here several times, and I want to love it every time but it misses the mark. I love the concept, the vibe, and the dragonball tie in. The food is actually quite good, but the service is lacking. I’ve been turned away after waiting in a long line because they’re out of food at like 7pm. I’ve been told they aren’t accepting cards after waiting in a long line when an associate should have been stationed at the door informing patrons, or atleast a sign! This place is busy, there’s an obvious demand for it. They run it like it’s a hole in the wall, like we only make so much food - once we’re out we’re out. I guess I just don’t understand the business logic. I continue to go every time my friends come into town because we are huge dragonball fans, and fans of ramen and pho, and again the food is good. Sadly it just misses the mark. It’s a shame.
Amazing spot that serves some delicious noodle dishes! The decor is spot on to emanate DBZ vibes and has a straight forward menu to order from. The portions are perfect for an individual while their special sized bowls (Ultra Instinct) are made for more than 1 diner.
An excellent noodle restaurant. My husband and son being Dragonball fans we stopped there for fun before our trip to Universal Orlando and found the food so good. Had we had more time we would certainly have come back.
Our group had both Ramen and Pho bowls. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best. It was very average flavored broth. 6/10 for their noodle bowls. Shrimp tempura - 8/10. Philly eggrolls - 7/10 Fries/Loaded Fries - 5/10
When I first tried this years ago, it was authentic and great Ramen and Pho. Sent many of my friends here. Today, the entire menu is based on one broth that is neither Ramon nor Pho. Not bad, but let’s just call it soup. Lemonade was undrnikable unless you like sugar water. I am sad I lost one of my favorite Ramen places.
We found Soupa Saiyan while on vacation in Orlando and, simply put, our food was awesome and the customer service was great. When we arrived, we placed our order at the counter then found a seat in the dining area. Hubby ordered the seafood pho and I ordered their "build a bowl" with beef broth, ramen noodles and double thin sliced steak. The bowls arrived very quickly so we didn't have a great deal of time to look around at the amazing anime art decorating the establishment. The beef bowl was epic, as in the "best" I've EVER had! The beef bowl had an amazing beef broth base that was rich and flavorful, not watery and "thin" like a lot of noodle bowls. The ramen was cooked to perfection but the broth was mind-blowingly good! Hubby's seafood bowl was equally as sensational. The seafood bowl broth was flavorful and satisfying, again, not that watery, "thin" broth you get at most places. Everything in his bowl (pho noodles, dumplings, shrimp, tempura shrimp and fish balls) was cooked to perfection and surrounded by blissful broth. I managed to steal a spoon of his broth and I almost regretted my lunch choice because his soup was also that damn good! He said the dumplings were the best he has ever had and refused to share any more of his lunch. If I had tried to reach into his bowl again, I may have pulled back a nub... After much contemplation, I had my own bowl of awesomeness so I got busy. Anime fan or no, you've got to give Soups Saiyan a visit because their soup is righteously delicious! We will be back for more before we leave Orlando!
