Smokey bones has finally out priced its value. Family of 3. One appetizer and 3 meals with non alcoholic drinks, for lunch. $100. The restaurant was warm and muggy, with a giant fan being run in the dining area. Service was friendly but slow, despite there being less than half a dozen tables with customers. There are simply other (better) options for this price point.

The food was absolutely amazing but that’s about it! Service was terrible and food took an hour plus to come out. Table was also dirty and one of the items were wrong but the waitress refused to exchange it.

The food and service here is truly exceptional! First off, Smoky Bones serves the BEST smoked wings in Orlando - hands down! This is my “go to” dish. Our server, Joannette, was the absolute BEST. Her “service with a smile” positive attitude made our night as she went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect! :) Side note: Please bring back the blackberry sweet tea! :)

I was very disappointed in Smokey Bones. The shredded chicken barbeque was dry, The barbeque baked beans are too sweet. The baked potato was hard and bland. The pulled pork was okay but not as good as Sonny's or the House of Blues. The menu does not have a price for beverages or desserts. I guess it is because people are smart enough not to order the desserts. The pan chocolate chip cookie was hard and must have been sitting for a week. It is not the worst barbeque restaurant, but for the money, you can do much better.

Made the trip to Smokey Bones since the one closest to me in Sanford, had closed down a while back. This location was AMAZING. Tons of seating, nice bar area, decor, etc. The food was also delicious! Not to mention our waitress Emma blew us out the ball park. Not once did our drinks hit half glass, she continuously made sure if we needed anything. She checked back in at all the right times. She knew how to make me and my significant other laugh as well so that was a total plus. The bartender made amazing drinks/shots and the kitchen staff made the food to a T. I would DEFF recommend this place to anyone and if you go ask for EMMA, you wont regret it!!!!

Went here for dinner with my family. The service was great and the food was delicious. We shared the skillet cornbread to start. I had the Smokehouse mac with pulled pork. It was the first time that I have had that kind of combination and it was melt in your mouth delicious. My guests had BBQ chicken and a sliced turkey platter. Our server Terrence was awesome. He knew all the menu items and side dishes from memory and could tell us faster than we could find it on the menu. He was so helpful and courteous. We will definitely be back again soon!

Very clean. Joannette our server, provided us great service. She was really relatable and took the time to speak with us. The food was seasoned well and affordable. I'd come here again.

Me and a couple friends went here for a late night run. This was the first time I had ever come here but it was just so bad of an experience that I was honestly shocked. My boyfriend got served a beer that had a rust film on it and was severely dented. I had a pulled pork sandwich and baked potato that had so much butter I could make a steak with it. It was just absolutely drenched and some of my friends ordered mashed potatoes with gravy and the gravy was quite literally a film of gravy as if it was preheated and they barely finished their food and it was such a disappointment. I unfortunately won’t be coming back here.NEW Revision:So I’m wildly impressed by the customer service and how well they handled this situation. The GM personally reached out to us and wanted to hear our side of the situation and fully understand how disappointed we were. But they were really nice and wanted to take care of us upon trying to make it up to us. We came back a week later and the food was amazing and the service was great like last time. So I thank you.

Ordered 6 chicken wings, baked beans, and corn with UBER EATS around 520P and was delivered, in poor weather, by about 6PM. The wings were both old and burnt. It was clearly not something that had been cooked to order. The content of the 2 sauces were both open and spilled throughout the bag-that was likely during delivery. It's just for $43, including the 20% tip, I would've expected something much better. Quite disappointing as I've had better from them before.

Service was on point. Food was pretty good! Drinks were delicious, and music selection was pretty nice and upbeat. Would have maybe been a 5 star if I had a more experienced server. But I will definitely give it another go!
