IDK what the issue is with this location. The burgers and fries are lukewarm, but still greasy. I’ve also noticed at this location that there’ll be staff inside but it’s like they’re all on break.
Visit for the first time because one of the friend recommended. Very disappointed with the waiting and they left the bottom meat burn up . Never return .
This is the worst Smash we have ever been to. Don't even bother.We received no greeting when we walked in. The employee at the register just stared at us without saying anything when we were waiting to order. I started to order thinking he was good to go but he wasn't even logged in so I had to repeat my burger order. My husband and I ordered two burgers and a regular tot. It took 31 minutes to get our food. Absolutely unacceptable but we figured they may have been training. The food came out lukewarm/cold and there were at least 4 employees working. My burger patty was burnt on one side. The half of a piece of bacon I received on my bacon burger was half fatty and inedible. My husband's burger was okay. He said it wasn't anything special. The tots were greasy and cold. Definitely NOT worth the $20 we spent. Especially since they weren't busy at all. There were two orders before ours and the only online orders we saw come in on their screen was after we ordered. The couple that ordered before us received both of their burgers incorrectly made.
Environment is ok. Staff are friendly.Brisket burger just taste barbecue sauce, nothing else, dry burger and drey brisket.I ordered a chicken sandwich with a burger party to try, both, chicken and burger externally dry, very poor.
Unfortunately the quality and service at this location had gone down hill. I hate to leave at bad review with what's going on and all but, this is just bad. Only two people working so service is unacceptably slow. Place is dirty with trash overflowing. I was told several items are not available i.e milkshakes. Wont be coming back.
Walked in waited 5 mins to be attended to. My boss got the Classic Double with the Smash Fries, Smash fries were cold and pretty much burnt. I got the Single Colorado bacon was undercooked, fatty and rubbery and the bun was almost completely burnt you can literally taste burnt bread with every bite. Should have just went to the McDonald's right infront of our construction site instead at this point! Never again
This restaurant on Narcoossee in Orlando was terrible. We ordered two burgers, chicken strips and a salad. Total was $50. Little pricey but figured no big deal. Food sat under heat lamps for ten or so minutes. My fries came out cold. Not even warm. We had two shakes that came out at the end of the meal, when we were done. The service was slow and not conducive to a positive customer experience. There was no real organization or sense of urgency. Needless to say I was excited to try Smashburger, but now am regretting the money spent as the food and service was excessively less than lacking. Would not recommend to anyone to eat here.
Not good at all. 5 kids working in here around 5pm Tuesday evening. Only 2 of us customers. 3 guys with nappy hair not in caps or hair nets. One guys hair was so massive you could see the debris falling from his hair as he was preparing the food. 2 girls. One had a cap on but hair was a mess. The red haired girl was the only one clean cut hair pinned back out of the way and working her tail off to get the orders done and take orders as well. She's was also bugging the orders and it took 26 minutes from the time I ordered until they handed me my food. Horrible experience my first time visiting a smash burger. Not good at all

First time at Smash Burgers. The food was good had the mushroom swiss not over cooked very good. The place looked clean. I would go back for sure.
