I've eaten here twice and while the first time was a semi decent experience the second was not. The staff and location are always nice and clean. But when it comes to the food its fairly way over priced for the quality you receive. My most recent order, yesterday was very bad.I Ordered online and picked up my order at my designated time of 2:30pm. When started eating we immediately noticed that it was very cold, all of it the burgers and fries. As if they made our food at least 30min prior to us picking it up. Ingredients were not fresh at all my burger's tomatoes tasted like they were days old and my lettuce was brown, the meat was also way overcooked and charred which just made it very dry and not juicy. My friends avocado black bean burger only had one ingredient avocado and that was old as well very brown and mushy.Overall we will not be recommending or returning as it was very expensive for the quality of food we received when comparing it to the competition. 2/5 Friendly staff and clean premises.
So I have a love hate relationship with this place. Sometimes its great, with quick service and the food is good. Other times it's very slow even with barely anyone there. And the tots or fries will be cold. I try not to leave reviews based on one experience. I've been here 5 times over the last year ish. Last time I was in there, service was pretty slow and I was the only customer, not a great time. I've showed up on different occasions to only be met by a sign that says nobody wants to work so they're closed. If you get this place on a good day, it is fine. It's just inconsistent.
The burgers are very tasty. The fries are my favorite for a chain. We enjoyed the fried brussel sprouts. The service was excellent.All in all, a good experience. We try to come here whenever we are in the area.
2 single burgers, 1 large fries, 1strawberry shake and 1 fountain drink $30.00 I don't think so, the strawberry shake had zero flavor and my burger was colder than the air conditioning. 30 minutes and we were the only ones there. Won't be back.. Five guys is wayyy better for the money!?
One random night I was looking for a mushroom and Swiss burger, chili's left me on hold as I was driving home. After a few minutes I hung up and asked Google for somewhere... thankfully I found this place, I have tried quite a few burgers and I'm never disappointed. But what's EVEN BETTER than their burgers... their smash tots are my personal favorite. I just wish they came in a large, I buy 2 or 3 just for myself to go with my triple burger. If you haven't tried this place, you need to indulge and see how great they truly are!
I waited around 30 minutes before I was even able to place my order. it seemed to me like the cashier was more interested in looking at her phone then helping customers.
Don't waste your time. We walked in to order and the guy tells us we can only order online. No sign ahead of time to warn us. No guidance on how to order. Finally find an app and it can't process our order. Guess Smash Burger doesn't want to make money.
There is only one teenager there taking orders and cooking the food and they don’t have half of the sides they advertise. It will take you about a half hour to get one burger.
2 stars only because the burger was decent. Not hot. And, the shake was DISGUSTING! The woman said that they had to use less strawberry in a strawberry shake. The shake was white and tasted like milk. The fries was disrespectful, and just nasty! Left a nasty taste in my mouth. My first experience here and it was horrible. I won’t go back.
Waited almost 30 minutes for a single burger. Watched my burger get served to someone else by mistake and I watched the customer touch the bun. I could clearly see the customer tell the server that this was not his burger. The server then served me the same burger that the customer touched. I proceeded to eat the burger because I was not willing to wait another half hour. Burger was dry and tasteless. Only positive thing I can say about this place is that their special sauce is pretty good.
